An excellent combination of professional and personal

An excellent combination of professional and personal. Being able to have a room on the ground floor was a big plus for my sister who has mobility problems and has to use a stick. The shower was good and the breakfasts were excellent.

This says more about us than the property - but for us, the beds were rather hot. I think there may be merit in there being 2 low-tog duvets: in the summer months one would be sufficient for most folk and in the colder months two duvets would probably be more appropriate.

fabulous!

the owners were extremely welcoming and very friendly throughout the stay! Thee comfiest bed I ever slept in whilst away! The breakfast was lovely compliments to the chef “owner” I would highly recommend, even the location was perfect for what we needed!

The only issue we had was the shower wasn’t very powerful but that’s the only thing we would fault and it’s something that’s each to their own.

Great 3 Night Stay Over

We were made very welcome from arriving to leaving. The room was very clean and had plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Their was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was good. Both the ensuite bathroom and bedroom had modern fixtures and fittings. I can honestly say the breakfast is the best we have ever had in a B&B. Location is excellent and very convenient for the beach, restaurants, pubs, attractions and shops etc. Thanks for a great 3 night stay Beach Cove.

our lovely welcoming hosts made our stay so nice. The bnb is in a great location close to restaurants, the beach and the tram. Our room was a good size with a super comfortable bed. we had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing!

We stayed here when we wanted to visit Llandudno and the surrounding towns, only about 40mins from snowdon also! And being in the centre of Llandudno is really handy with loads of nice restaurants ect. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely, fresh and good quality stuff! The rooms were really really nice and the bed was SOOOO comfy! 100% would recommend!

Only negative is the parking as there is no parking, but we just parked on one of the streets and is only about a 2-5 min walk then to the beach cove depending where you parked!

Our only concern is that there is not always enough parking for the hotels

As we are vegan, they catered very well for our food requirements, we asked for their recommendation on eating out, and their suggestions lived up to very good standard. Well situated and clean tidy and comfortable.

Lovely location and wonderful, friendly hosts. The breakfasts are excellent.

The breakfasts are excellent, they always are. The room was immaculately clean. It is in a wonderful location to reach the sea front. The service is as good as it can be.

The shower in our room was good but not perfect.

Very welcoming hosts, rooms were well appointed, beautifully designed and comfy Breakfast was very good, tasty quality food that was served quickly and politely. We tried all the options and found them all very nice! They were doing their best with covid safety even as restrictions were being lifted - it wasn't intrusive at all but very much matched the high standards and 'doing the best ethos' of the rest of the property

The only fault I could possibly find was that the sash windows aren't great at keeping noise out, but it's the same with any property of this age (and so any in Llandudno!) - but the hotel isn't in a noisy location and it's well outweighed by all the good points
