Terrible and totally ripped off!

Nothing at all.

The place was dirty, windows and patio doors boarded up so was dark and felt like a prison cell. Charged me a hidden charge of £45.00 for cleaning when the place hasn’t been cleaned for a while so cost me £197.00 for one night. Bed wasn’t clean, dirty half full glass left at the bed side. Description said two bed settees though only had one. So one of us had to sleep on the floor. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me, absolute conman who lies through his teeth say he hasn’t charged you extra but my credit card statement doesn’t lie. Cracked toilet, terrible shower which is also dirty, tiles missing and smelt bad. Flat to get out!

Хорошее, удобное, расположение. хороший большой бассейн, чистая вода.

Плохая уборка в номере, постельное белье все в пятнах, меняли редко. Номер уставший, сантехника убитая. Кондиционер работал на последнем издыхании. Лежаки все раскрутились, еле держатся спинки.

Good value, but dirty floor

I came back to this hotel after I left the Five Season hotel that in the same street (no sea view, noisy because of construction work, and gym machines worn out, not working, dirty floor and they dont care). This is actually the second time I come to the Best Beach hotel, still great location, good sea view (between the buildings in front), long enough swimming pool for my one hour swim, no construction noise, friendly and very committed staff that tried to help when I complained about the floor being dirty. I encourage people to go there but I also encourage you to check the floor with a a wet tissue, and insist that they properly clean it (mop with detergent, clean, rinse, repeat).

Like the other hotels in Pattaya, they dont properly clean the floor, they broom and then 'clean' using the mop in 10 seconds (they probably dont use detergent and dont clean and change the mop), as a consequence the dirt accumulates and after a few weeks (months) you get the attached pictures. I have to say, the staff took my concern seriously and they helped me do a thorough cleaning, after 3 proper moppings (it took us 30minutes or so) we managed to get back a clean floor that doesnt make your white socks black. I was happy with how we managed the situation and didnt want to mention that in my comment at first. Nevertheless I happened to have a conversation with the owner of the hotel that was quite surreal, after showing him the pictures and explaining him what we had to do to recover a clean floor, he told that they cannot spend that much time to clean the rooms. With such a mentality this is no surprise that the floor was dirty.

Big room, simple but clean, excellent internet for remote work, view on the sea (in between the buildings in front), nice balcony, good size swimming pool

Relaxing holiday

spacious comfortable room. staff were excellent, sorted out a few issues satisfactorily. pool was warm, fantastic for relaxing. Fantastic location close to beach and all shopping cafes bars restaurants. Again the staff were all so polite and welcoming, they really made our stay memorable.

Overall it was good stay as its a good budget hotel and good value for money

The Breakfast should be improved a bit least like they just have Bread and Jam. Butter ahiuld be included in the breakfast at least. The Lobby should be improved.

ok, but not as comfortable as in previous years!

we have stayed there often, we have come to know and trust the cleaning ladies.

Due to recent refurbishment, there are no drawers or cupboards, so all our belongings for our stay of 4 weeks, were piled on the side boards, for all to view!

Awesome hotel for vacation

Excellent hotel with good service and clean air conditioning room. Hotel room has everything necessary for comfortable living, safe, free water in bottles every day, fridge, kettle. Wi-Fi coverage works well everywhere with good Internet bandwidth (around 30 mbit/s). Cleaning service worked everyday and cleaned up room very well. Personal on reception very kind and helpful. Area near hotel had a lot of 24h food shops and cafes. Street where hotel is placed is very quiet. Each room has a balcony.

Everything was excellent. Adding hair dryer in bathroom will be helpful as recommendation.
