Pas à la hauteur du prix, pas sûr d’y retourner

L’emplacement, la chambre très grande. La vue sur la ville depuis le roof top

La piscine était très sale. Pas nettoyé et un gobelet flottait dedans. Personnel pas très chaleureux, manque du choix au petit dej qui n’était pas top. Hôtel plus vieux que sur les photos

The bed and room had a bad odor. We ask them to change the sheets but the bed still had a bad odor.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff is super helpfull and spoke English

the pool is too high in the building. , lighting in the room could be a bit brighter, but overall it is not too bad.

Exceptional

I will definitely stay here again. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed. I asked for a special request for one of my colleagues and they were happy to make it happen. I highly recommend this hotel. The buffet has a large selection of items. Some rooms had a big balcony to the main street, others didn't have one and faced away from the street but these are very quiet rooms. Overall: a good mid-range-price hotel.

Pool not so big, but it is on the 30th floor with a great view.

Good location, no coffeemaker in room.

Good location. Up-to-date interior. Beautiful hotel from the outside too.

No iron, no coffee machine to boil myself a cup of hot water. I hope it was a mistake. It was my third time there. Last to times I did get these features in my room. It was quite clear the frontdesk agents I met last 2 visits were more fluent in English than the ones I met during this visit.

Very good hotel with service-minded staff. Nice, rich breakfast. Pool with astonishing view.

The wifi was very unstable in the room and we repeatedly lost the connection throughout our stay. This should not be the case for a hotel of this standard.

The place I stayed at was fairly poor. The room itself was okay but the bathroom a complete disaster. The toilet clogged twice in 2 days! The staff solved the issue quickly but the overall quality of the bathroom was very low. The price paid was not a promotional fare but the standard one. Still, very low quality.

Great value all around!

Breakfast was great, they had a lot of options in the buffet and gloves were available for everyone to use. Bed was very comfortable and the rooftop pool views were wonderful. Location was great!

Better Value Elsewhere

-- The bed is very comfortable -- It's a clean place to stay. -- It's located near a few restaurants and pubs, and it's a couple of blocks from the mall and supermarket

-- It took me more than 15 minutes to check in, and I was the first person in line. -- Breakfast is very basic, and the "hot" food was often cold. -- There are 25 floors of hotel rooms, but only 10 pool chairs, and no extra towels offered. -- There are only two small elevators for 30 floors, the most popular ones on the ground and top floors. Waiting for an elevator takes a long time. -- Even when I put on the "Clean" light, housekeeping wouldn't come until sometime after 4:30pm, if at all.
