Great place, horrible service from the male receptionist.

After a 25 minute wait in reception after the receptionist had messaged me in advanced to find out arrivals time, a patronising interaction with the man behind the counter and no advanced notice to tell me I “needed” a credit card (and no the only place in the whole world where visa debit some how doesn’t work on their systems but worked fine to pay my bill at the end of the stay) I had to go a get $1000 cash from an ATM (pay ATM fees on top of it) to put down as a bond. Such a shame I as the place facilities and location where perfect absolutely ruined by the male receptionist. The lady that checked us out was wonderful.

The property was central to theme parks and easy to find. It had modern facilities and had everything to make life comfortable.

Male staff was abrupt when dealing with. Office hours were very restricted. Nobody was ever available to assist with anything. No room serviced daily. Room had door handles falling off and lights not working. Construction directly across the road which was noisy and started early so no chance of a sleep in.

Great stay, would recommend!

Good location, great size for a 3 bed apartment between 6 adults. View was great however there is construction occurring which will eventually (and unfortunately) obstruct the beachfront view. Would stay again. Great value for money as we split between friends.

Location is good but being spoilt by high rise development across the road .Convenient to Tedder Rd restaurants etc

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Michael was very welcoming and gave really useful practical tips. He also offered his own car space as our car wouldn't fit in the garage.

Perfect apartment for a family holiday. Clean, comfortable, great value and amazing views.

Perfect apartment for our family holiday. Our apartment was 3 bedrooms with single beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 which was perfect for our 3 kids. The kitchen was well appointed and it was great having a full laundry in the apartment. Location was fantastic, we did heaps of walking, particularly into Surfers. Pool and BBQ area was great and the beach is just across the road. Views from the apartment were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay :-)

the layout was great. very spacious.

there was dust all over. the counters and floors were neglected. the air conditioners were old and not serviced-the air was very dry and gave us sore throats. very contrary to the mangers claim that they prided cleanliness.

The location was superb with beautiful sea view Short walk to Surfers Paradise and heart of Gold Coast Nice and clean swimming pool with spa Nice separate barbecue area Beautiful tennis court

Inside of the apartment did not have a luxury look. There were few holes in the walls with some paint imperfections and chips in the floor tiles Bathrooms were good but had mould stains around the shower base and recess. There was construction work going on infront of the property during the weekdays and it was getting very noisy from 7am onwards.
