A good location. Thank you for the cookies. New finishing and upgrades would certainly give apartment 128 - north tower

Views of the ocean from the apartment.

The furniture in the apartment (128 - North tower), in particular the couches are old. It made the apartment look tired. The fixtures including taps are old models. This resulted in high pressure for the water on the taps, low pressure in showers, difficult mixing hot and cold water.

Xanadu is 10/10!

This place is 10/10! Friendly greeting from staff at check in and check out. Cleanliness was the best I have ever ever ever seen in the many places I've stayed at (top to bottom not a speck of dirt, dust, hair or bugs- and I really looked!!). So close to the beach that you can hear the ocean. HUGE apartments! Close to shops. Love all the little extras like the "welcome back cookies" (YUM) and the bottle of sanitiser/cleaning spray in the kitchen (even though everything was sparkling clean). Lifts were quick and nice smelling foyer areas. Free wifi. Can't fault this place and cant wait to return to see the grounds upgrade completed (minor disruption).

Going home. I wanted to stay foreverrrrrrr!

Disappointed

Lovely apartment block and facilities.

Room we were allocated, needs updating and new furniture and equipment for a five star apartment needs installing. The internet despite paying for the upgrade was woeful and we ended up purchasing our own wireless dongle and modem so that our work could be done, and use any styreaming service. Renovations commenced in the apartment directly above us and the jack hammering commenced at 9am. You could not speak to anyone in the apartment while this was happening. When booked for a work trip (or even a holiday) this is totally unacceptable and we asked to move apartments. This could not be accomodated. This was very poor management as the apartment we were in should never have been allowed to have people stay in it while major renovations were occurring.

Great location, a little pricy for the apartment.

Little outdated and needs a little clean in the apartments. Didn’t see any staff at all.

Got a phone call about 8.30 saying that we were being to load. Since we paid $375 a night I think k that was a little early for a noise curfew?

Lovely location, friendly staff.

Loved the location of the Resort

I had booked two apartments for our group, one was amazing with a large balcony and big size unit. The one we were put in had a very small balcony off lounge that only received a little sun first thing in morning, and size of unit appeared much smaller, but for the same price. The shower in the main bathroom had very little pressure so everyone used the ensuite bathroom.

great location and view of the ocean - very close to everything I couldn't believe how immaculate the unit was - catering wise it had all the gear for a big family to relax and enjoy the beds were very comfortable visitors parking was handy

one of the lifts were down due to maintenance but that couldn't be helped

EVERYTHING!!! The whole resort was amazing. The facilities were fantastic, the heated pool, the sauna, the spa, the gym, the outdoor space +++ The rooms were huge and the views were to die for. Can't recommend highly enough. U won't be disappointed!!

That you couldn't buy a second carpark. It's not safe and hard to find a carpark on the street for a second car.

Fabulous

Fabulous top level apartment with stunning beach and ocean views! Complex very well maintained, quiet and pleasant! Short walk to Tedder Avenue where the restaurants and shops are. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Disappointing.

the location and the views.

The apartment was a bit on the older side, really suggest to get with the times and have things A bit more updated, like the key system to get into rooms, maybe a scanning key will be better especially being a tall building , and when you have heaps of bags. bugs and cockroaches were found in our rooms and bathrooms, had to pay for pool/beach towels, there was no cleaning service if you stayed less then 7 nights. we stayed here for 5 nights so was not offered. We could not adjust the aircon temperature it was locked on 24degrees. We travelled in February so weather was at 35 degrees outside so very hot days & nights One lift was not working so waiting times were longer then expected. water pressure in kitchen was really strong. if you are travelling with young children and your family. I would not recommend as supermarkets and restaurants is not walking distance. unless you are up for a 35-40 minute walk with children. If you are going on a holiday it’s best to go somewhere with value for money, as you want to enjoy the luxuries of room service and having a service that you cannot enjoy at home. Only up side was the beautiful views of main beach.

The only place to stay.

The view from the room was fantastic. sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the people on the beach was nice. The room is extremely large and clean. The location of the complex is fantastic, very close to everything. Tedder ave. is a five minute stroll and the restaurants are great. Great walking tracks and it's very clean. This is our second stay and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Tedder Avenue and Surf Club. Great walking tracks, right across the road from beach and awesome views.

The perfect weekend away.

The apartment was extremely clean. The view from the room balcony was amazing. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Location was the best. Close to shops and restaurants, the beach was across the road. Checking in and out was effortless. the security to get into the building was excellent. Definitely will be staying there again.

I don't think that it would be possible to not like something.
