Wonderful hotel tucked away in the old center, very clean, quiet and with nice facilities. The service and assistance of the staff was wonderful too. Lovely breakfast with fresh juice and nice selection of cheeses.

Comfy, good price, staff could speak to me both in English and Spanish.
I've lived in Spain for some time now and I never could figure out how to use the curtains. I like the windows open and the curtains drawn but I'm an early riser and I didn't want to disturb anyone else with the lights of my room.

The hotel was very close to the Cathedral. it was very clean and modern. The staff was wonderful and attentive.
I didn’t like the food smell that came in the room and when you open the window. There is no air conditioning so you needed to open the window for fresh air.

Good central location. Clean and modern public areas. Warm welcome.
No air conditioning in bedroom. Impossible to open window at night due to street noise until 5am. Shower fitting broken. Cramped bedroom. Poor value for money at 127 euro per night excluding breakfast.

Great hotel in Santiago after completing the Camino

Great location, helpful staff, nice and comfortable room, great value for money. Heating system/thermostat control is very convenient which is important if you are travelling in February like me. Bathroom is also nice.
Can't think of much. Bathroom can be cleaned better (there was a fly on the floor). A simple breakfast can be included in the price to improve the experience

a complete rebuild of the interior of an old house, a clean bright look. the rooms are airy and open. the heating/cooling controls work very well! the shower works well and the beds are very comfortable.
it would be good to have a small fridge and a kettle in the room.

Girls from reception are great, friendly:-) Hotel is nice, clean, near cathedral. The only thing that was bad was our dark room with small window to backyard. But we stayed just two nights and we had beautiful sunny weather.
very small selection of fruits and no vegetables for breakfast.

Modern, clean, friendly staff, excellent location near Cathedral in old town. Due to a crisis at home, we had to cancel one of our two nights. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Thank you so much.
Nothing not to love.

This small hotel is located on a quiet street close to the Cathedral and all of the lively activities in Santiago. We had a very clean and comfortable room, with a great combination rain shower and lovely shower gel. The breakfast is generous with fresh squeezed orange juice, meats and cheese, breads, yogurts and cakes. They have a nice espresso machine and many selections of tea. The staff are all very helpful and offer great advice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent except two pillows should be provided. I kept bumping my head on the head board because pillow was not wide enough. I called desk to get an extra pillow but no one answered the phone. When I went to front desk later, it was closed for the evening. This was Sunday evening Oct 2.
See answer above.

The property was clean and in a great location. The room I had was small but I was not planning on staying inside my room much, too much to see.
They arranged a massage for me and the table set up in the room no problem.
They stored my bag all afternoon while I waked around the city.
