Rooms Looking Out at the Indian Ocean

Breakfast included a nice fruit plate and breadbasket. The hotel paid for my taxi from the airport because their driver didn't show up as agreed.

Nah am Strand, Restaurants in der Nähe.

Mitten in der Nacht 2x lautes gegen die Tür donnern(? ), sehr enges Treppenhaus ohne Lift.

Wundervoller Ausblick, sauber, freundlich. 5/5 Sterne!

Ich war echt fasziniert von meinem tollen Zimmer, der Meerblick ist wirklich der Wahnsinn - vom Bett und vom Balkon aus den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen war für mich ein echtes Highlight. Das Bett wahr mega bequem und das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war wirklich toll! Ich habe auch eine Tour gebucht, die sehr schön war. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen. 5 von 5 Sterne. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

I don’t think it’s value for money .

Good location and restaurant staff are good - did get extended checkout until 2 pm which was good

Poor reception, paid too much and not given clear guidance when called regarding the price. Nothing in the bar fridge , when I went in room was really hot and did not feel a warm welcome at all

- it’s not a beach front hotel - the name and photos are quite confusing! the beach is behind the street and one row of buildings - the room could have been cleaner

Would not stay there again for sure. Nothing is like what you see here.

Some of the staff are nice but can't say the same about all of them. Maybe the sea view from some rooms which I booked but didn't had

I booked a room with sea view and 1 big double bed. Didn't had it. Had a view to the mountains, constructions and a small side view to the sea and a balcony to seat on the floor without chairs or anything like you see in the pictures. Complained about it and the reception staff said they didn't had that room. So why do you say you have it and allow me to book it? So they changed us to another room. Smaller with again a small view to the sea but at least this one was sea front but it was the 4th floor so more trees than sea view. 2 beds instead of one, a small balcony again to seat on the floor without chairs and table. Room wasn't cleaned for ages full of spider web and the toilet wasn't seeing a proper clean for ages too, the teeth brush glass was totally dirty. Beds aren't comfortable and the walls of the room were dirty and never cleaned. Swimming pool wasnt that cleaned too and with out towels with the chairs full of sand from other costumers, staff doesn't care about it. Doesn't feel good to use. Nothing was the way it was supposed to be. Thought I was gonna have a good moment to relax after one month in Sri Lanka with an amazing view and pool to enjoy my last day and to say good bye to Sri Lanka and all I had was a bad sleep to go to the airport day after. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's not what it shows. Not good value for the price it is.

нормальный отель до/ после перелета, для отдыха не стоит его рассматривать

Останавливались в отеле на ночь перед перелетом, бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт, хорошие удобные кровати, достаточно чисто, присутствовали некоторые мелочи, которые могли бы испортить отпуск, например попросили дать вторую простынь, т к не привыкли спать под одной, не дали:( , друзья были с ребенком, поставили доп кровать( кстати удобная и хорошая) про простынь и полотенце забыли, попросили принести, пообещали, но так и не дождались. На нашем балконе не было кресел, на других были. Все номера с красивым видом на океан, можно наблюдать закат( рассвет с другой стороны, но можно встретить на крыше, нас любезно выпустили на балкончик со стороны столовой) пляж который напротив очень грязный, много мусора, но мы искупались, так как торопились в аэропорт! Рядом много кафешек и магазинчиков. Персонал радушный и отзывчивый. В отеле почти все отдыхающие русскоговорящие.

кажется у отеля проблемы с количеством постельного белья, в номере был запах сырости , у соседей не было такого запаха

Las vistas al mar y la comodidad de la cama.

El wifi funcionaba fatal, y me encontré varias cucarachas en el baño y 1 en la habitación. Me compensaron invintandome al desayuno aunque lo tuve que negociar yo.

Very poor

The location isn't where it is stated on Booking.com. It's not beachfront. It's empty. The bar & roof terrace have no service. We viewed the place & cancelled on the spot.

Incredible views, fabulous staff, all around wonderful stay!

Lovely property! The pool was next level and the staff were super friendly! Perfect location, close to all amenities! Our room was super clean and the views from the 8th floor were absolutely mind blowing! Breakfast was also massive and delicious! We would definitely come back and stay at the Ruvisha Beach hotel!

good staff, but very poor facilities for a 4 star hotel

the staff were very helpful and pleasant, we had problems with the 1st room and they moved us twice till they got an appropriate room.

the Wifi was terrible in the room, kept dropping around every 15 minutes, but perfect at reception! the bedding in the room was not cotton, a type of flannelette and did not feel clean, we asked to be moved because the first sheets were not clean, they were stained and had paint flakes from the ceiling. Tye bathroom door was warped and would not close properly in the first 2 rooms we were given! The general finish in the rooms is poor, unfinished or chipped paint and woodwork! not great!

Modern air conditioned specious room. Clean and modern washroom with hot water . Swimming pool. (Unfortunately couldn't use because of rain ). Location is close to the beach. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Corridors were dark. Probably a burned bulb.

It was not quiet at night (I heard laud sounds of like fireworks at midnight) and early morning (music was playing in the corridor at 7am).
