Very comfortable and easy to come and go during the day from various outings.

So convenient and typical food— eggs, beans and tortillas as well as coffee and jamaica. Staff on hand for serving and for special requests.

The ban on alcohol should be made clear before check in. Hotel collected a 200 peso deposit to assure no alcohol on premises. To be fair, knowledge of this rule should be made before reservation taken. And, no explanation as to why the ban!

Great value, nice room, good location!

Great value! Close to Plaza, pedestrian streets, 5 blocks to Quinta Gameros Cultural Centre, check it out! Large rooms, quiet. Eggs and frijoles included for breakfast, very basic but good enough to get the day started!

Hit & miss with the staff! Very basic breakfast...

DON'T STAY!

The bed was good, but the rest of the room wasn’t good.

The old stinky carpet wasn’t what I expected, the only one small rounded bar of soap wasn’t enough to shower both of us, no enough towels, no wifi as expected. The attendant at the restaurant wasn’t really assisting the hotel guests.

Indifferent staff made this place disappointing.

The pool is well-maintained, but I didn't have a chance to swim in it. The room was enormous, with a large bathroom and dressing area. I did sleep pretty well here, although the beds were very soft. The location is fine, it's near to the main plaza and a snazzy new Pollo Feliz is around the corner.

We got off on the wrong foot - on arrival at the hotel at 1pm we were told to go away and come back at 3 for checkin. Normally I wouldn't mind, but the hotel was clearly empty, and there was no reason to deny us the room a little bit before check-in. It just wasn't handled well by the staff. At breakfast, we arrived and weren't even greeted by the staff - one of whom was just standing around like a lemon. There was no choice, two (undrinkable) coffees were plonked down in front of us (my partner doesn't even drink coffee, and requested tea for which we were charged extra). The breakfast was lukewarm and mediocre, but worse - we waited 25 minutes for it to come out of the kitchen. I expect most of that time it had been sitting around cooling down. The attitude of the staff is basically indifference. I had an issue with the Wifi - I was told to use it in the lobby, and I would have to wait for another guest to complain about the wifi before they could do anything about it. So weird. It was eventually 'fixed' but only worked intermittently. We had planned to stay for 4 nights but checked out after 1.

The staff is excellent, really close to city center. Kind of have to walk through a sketchy part of town to get there. We didn't have any problems

Pool looks great although I didn't swim in it. Huge room, shower water pressure was remarkable, with instant hot water.

This place could be excellent but somehow it's run in a way that fails to be. Check in - despite there being only a few hotel guests, front desk refused to check us in early (we arrived at 1.30pm). Breakfast - not greeted by any staff members, no information or choice, just plonked down two coffees (undrinkable) and some totopos and then had to wait 20 minutes for mediocre food which we didn't choose. Charged extra for replacing unwanted coffee with tea. WiFi - stopped working and was patchy at best when it did work. Extremely soft bed.... Made me wonder when the mattresses were last replaced. In general, apart from one girl on front desk, the attitude of staff was that of indifference. Wanted to stay 4 nights but left after 1.

Good hotel and comfortable, convenient location.

Breakfast was good, simple and unlimited, nice view over the pool, convenient location close to bus station and main plaza where the cathedral is.

The internet connection didn't get to the rooms but only at the reception area, they were supposed to talk to the manager about it but no changes were made.

I got robbed as I was getting out of my car

I never got to even enter, I got robbed right at their doors, they didn’t even care to help, they were hookers in the entrance of the hotel offering sex for $5 dollars!!! You should NOT be having this place on the app.

Very good

The facility it's like a house with its inside patios

They need to add hair dryer and water or soda machines because in Chihuahua city everything closes early and it is hard to find water or sodas after eight

Staff was rude Air conditioner leaked and they never went to fix Key never worked Very irritating having to walk up and down stairs from 2 floor 3-4 times a day to get key reset
