Me gustó que había refrigerador en la habitación

No hay recepción, llegué cansada de mi viaje 1 hora antes del check in, me dijeron que si quería mi habitación antes eran $100 pesos, no había donde sentarse a esperar, literalmente me senté en la entrada de la puerta, el primer día no había agua en el baño. El servicio de limpieza llegó tipo 2pm a la hora que yo estaba regresando a descansar.

Muy céntrico,

Un olor fuerte del drenaje (caño). Las puertas no obedecen a los controles digitales, no hay recepción, o sea no te recibe nadie, las instrucciones de asignación de habitaciones se hace digitalmente y son muy confusas. Una de las habitaciones con el clima fallando. La puerta principal sin seguridad. Las habitaciones bien, bonitas, nuevas. Recomendable una atención más personalizada.

Rooms were great but felt uncomfortable with no one responsible on the property.

Finding the hotel was difficult because there was no sign stating it was a hotel. The code to enter was sent to my email, but I didn't have access to my email after we left. So we didn't know how to get inside the building or room and had to call.

There was no one responsible on the property, so we entered with a code and entered our room with a code. It was a side street, and there was no one around. There were no taxis, restaurants, or stores. It felt very weird.

Locación. Está muy céntrico y a todos lugares se puede llegar a pie.

Las habitaciones no cuentan con todos los artículos / servicios que ahí se mencionan. Nos cambiaron de habitación debido a un problema. La razón principal por la que lo tomamos fue el jacuzzi y no pudimos disfrutarlo. Mucho ruido, poca seguridad.

Mi última noche fue la peor, ya que mientras me bañaba unas personas intentaban abrir la puerta, no lo consiguieron ya q

Estaba cerca del centro.

El anfitrión dejó de contestarme. Le dio mi código de acceso al cuarto a otros inquilinos, los dispensadores de shampoo estaban vacíos, no hubo limpieza en la habitación por los 2 días que estuvimos.

Caótico

Es todo un trámite recibir la habitación, contactarte con los responsables, que te faciliten contraseñas e información clara, esperé por mucho tiempo para recibir la habitación, no tenía ni siquiera el televisor conectado, antena, no había agua caliente, espejo roto, cero contacto con alguien que te pudiera ayudar a resolver cualquier problema o duda que resultase. En pocas palabras no se me proporcionó un servicio como tal, tuve que abandonar la habitación y ni siquiera se percataron de ello. Me sentí sumamente inseguro.

Está cómodo y bien ubicado, lo malo es que se escucha mucho ruido exterior. Aún así pienso seguir quedándome ahí.

La puerta de la calle no cerraba, estaba bloqueada con cinta para que no cerrara y eso me daba inseguridad. La iluminación en mi habitación era mala,muy oscura y un foco no servía. De lo demás, muy agradable

¡Cuidado! Pedí factura y me piden pagar 16% más a una cuenta personal.

¡Tengan cuidado! No son nada transparentes con los precios, me cobraron el doble de lo que aparecía e la página, desafortunadamente no pude tomar captura para tenerlo como evidencia. Además, al solicitar factura, me piden que pague 16% más de lo que ya había pagado, además, me piden que transfiera directamente a una cuenta personal, son abusaos graves que están cometiendo y que ya estamos reportando al SAT para que los auditen y ojalá que haya consecuencias.

Very good

Awesome location, 1 min away from the central square and 3 minutes away from the governor's palace. Very clean and spacious room, really nice a/c, very silent location where you can rest. Cool that you don't need any keys or talk to the receprionist to get inside, every door has an electronic pin-code-based lock.

My only complaint is NO HANDSOAP. Yes, there was no shampoo and other trifles, it's fine, but handsoap is something that ALWAYS has to be. After a long trip you come to your room and cant wash hands nor buy soap in a store because it's the middle of the night. At least the management should mention this fact in the hotel descripion, so that people arrive prepared.

would be nice to receive codes for entry to apartment maybe a couple of houes before the check in time,,,,for me it happened the second the clock turned 15.00. it caused a bit of anxiousness

Very difficult hotel to get in to

Bed was very comfy, location great

Upon arrival nobody to greet you and no signage even saying what the hotel name was. Had a very difficult time trying to enter as there were two doors with keypads on them. Had to ask several bystanders where it was and how to get in. Wasn't until I connected to wifi that I had received a msg from the staff telling me the codes and how to get the key all in Spanish. Would have made more sense to send all this info after booking confirmation not the next day. It was quite a run around as we just wanted to get in and drop our heavy bags off. Also was promised a mini bar which there wasn't only a mini fridge and a bottle of water which we never got. Seemed to be the only ones staying there. It was quiet and comfy but I would not return
