The quick solution from the owner when my shower flooded - I was moved to a free (bigger) apartment swiftly.
The heating didn’t sufficiently heat the living room
So we had had to sit with a quilt over us.
Also the tv wifi connection kept disappearing so I couldn’t watch Netflix much.
Also polyester bedding isn’t my favourite! (But my son liked it!)

Location good.
Very noisey.
Apartment not that clean. Bed needs replacing. Matress very uncomfortable.
Little things like the brush for washing dishes required replacing 3 months ago³

Location is perfect and the digital access key is smart although I can see some people may struggle with it. The flat is well-equipped and has everything one needs. Space wise is very simple and smart.
It was a little confusing to locate the room as the booking record doesn't indicate what floor the unit is on. Also the flat number doesn't match the unit number (My unit is 1a in flat 2). It took me some time to figure out the room under my booking. The floor is a bit dusty when I first got in but still in an acceptable state. The bed/mattress isn't very comfortable. The metal tube of the shower head cord is bit worn and keeps falling off from the joint attachment; it needs a replacement.

It was in the city centre. Bus stops and and all convenience stores were nearby. Room was spacious. There was a lift too. Instructions were sent clearly before the stay.
The bed was old and noisy. Bed sheets could have been cleaner. TV was a little out dated. The milk for tea/coffee was expired (which was Very Disappointing as I consumed one and realised it later). Coffee/tea stuff was a little less.
3.5
The room was clean.
The location was great. Very handy for almost everything in Cheltenham.
It wasextremely noisy. There is a bar next door that has a licence until 4am. It made a lot of noise. There was an overflow that splattered water every few minutes for most of the night.

Great location. The room had everything you need for a great stay.

Helpful instructions on how to access the apartments, great location! Very central, Clean and tidy, Quiet and comfortable
Hallways to rooms could use a little upgrade but honestly I didn't have much issues. I guess maybe the street "COULD" be noisy however earplugs were provided incase of that situation. Personally I didn't have this issue.

The mattress was really bad and needs to be replaced urgently!!
4.5
Location and quite spacious with cooking facilities, modern decor and shower
No front apartment hotel name displayed , physical address not displayed clearly, very difficult to find. The computer app is very difficult to use, I had to use hotel key fob to enter my room. It was a nightmare to enter the room using my mobile for fear of emergency call out to enter my room. Everything else was excellent
2.5
Very central location, nice shower room, studio was well kitted out. Little kitchen was great. Easy to get 'key' which was sent to an app on my phone.
Close to quite noisy bars and busy ring road so not a quiet location. Noisy glass bin emptying every morning around 6am. Beds very lumpy. Despite being a non smoking property someone in the flat was definitely snoking as there were frequent strong wafts of cigarette smoke coming under my door.

location is good for shopping, main shopping street is just around the corner. 10 to 15 minute stroll to Cheltenham old town.
location is close to a few late night drinking places so if you have a street facing apartment, we had 3c, and you like to sleep with a window open you are not going to sleep until very late. The tall windows only have roller blackout blinds mounted a couple of inches from the wall so light comes through quite early in May, also the lack of net curtain means having to morning in the dim light if you do not wish to expose yourself to the world at large. only one drinking mug was supplied so had to drink coffee from a cereal bowl and tea from a wine glass. Will not stay again

Everything, except....
There was a very noisy pub close by (Whetherspoons, within 100 metres), and we were a little disturbed by the noise of people coming from it.

I liked that the room had been refurbished and was light and bright. Loved the cooking facilities as you could cook your own food.
Okay so a few things, beds are extremely uncomfortable can feel every spring in bed. Double was two single mattress put together that weren't even.
Hallways extremely dirty, looked like vomit on every landing in stairs well, not a great look, I wanted to run but prepaid.
Lift not working and obviously broken for sometime reading previous reviews. Customers should be told this and have option of cancelling. I'm a 53 yr old woman who had to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Linen is grubby, couldn't tell if bed had been changed or just stained linen I just prayed that it had been cleaned.
Would I recommend, no not for the price paid.

Brilliant location and so clean
4.0
Very central location. Clean and well equipped.
Access is complicated but ok if you have app knowledge and a Mobile with a charged battery.
Bed coil sprung and not great.
It was cold - an exceptional cold weather snap, no carpets combined to make the one radiator ineffective.
Bathroom freezing
Very noisy from other guests arriving departing. The earplugs provided were a good clue.

Breakfast wasn't an option, althought it was a well presenterd kitchen, no food was provided for breakfasting
The car park was 200 yards away and cost £!0 for the night.
I couldn't download the app to open the doors, luckily the manager was passing by to let me and another guest in - he was also having difficulty with the app.
The mattress was awful - so lumpy and thin AND noisy. I was in pain lying on it.
The lights from the estate agent's flooded into my room all night long - the roller blind was pathetic.
The fridge engine kicked in and made an awful racket.
The toilet cistern 'wooshed' every 2/3 minutes and woke me regularly (on the horrible mattress when I finally dropped off)
The hand soap dispenser was empty - Lord knows when they checked that last.
Don't stay here, take the tenner it'll cost for parking and add it to another hotel with better amenities. In the last 6 years of driving around this country for my work - this was the worst night's sleep I have suffered. Never again.

We had a lot of trouble accessing the apartment. We had been told by email that before arrival we would get sn email detailing how we could gain access. However no such email arrived. We then rang the provided phone, number, repeatedly, but it went to message minder. We rang five or six times, trying to get an answer. Eventually we did speak to someone and managed to get into the building. At that point, we still could not get into the apartment. The app we downloaded would not open the apartment door. Again we had to ring several times before we spoke to someone, who was able to open remotely. This person said there would be a key fob inside, but there was not. We had to wait until the following morning for someone to bring a key fob.
Needless to say we were very unhappy with the service.

spacious room
bathroom was small and wasn’t very clean, there was other people’s hair laying around and the skirtings were filthy, round the outside of shower wasn’t clean either. other guests were very noisy, on the phone at 1am, we could hear who they were speaking to on the phone. they then started cooking (at 1am) banging about for ages so we didn’t get much sleep. location was good but at a price as we could hear all the bins being emptied at 6:30am and after being up all night with other guests this wasn’t ideal.

Brilliant location very clean excellent value for money and superb highly recommend 10 / 10
Nothing all good

location,
Bed mattress quality very poor, showing head spinning around. sink taps were loose. Walls paper thin.

Uses an app to get into the front door when checking in. Then multiple key fobs are provided once you are in; enough for each visitor (we were six). This is probably is/was student accommodation during part of the year, as our apartment had two double bedrooms (one double bed, one twin beds) and four single rooms. Each room was ensuite with its own toilet and shower, which was an amazing luxury. Overall the apartment is a student-type of accommodation with no frills, but well maintained (everything works fine) and clean. The kitchen (large) also served as the common room. Each room, plus the kitchen, had a TV as well. This is perfect for groups of 6 or 8 requiring multiple rooms en-suite; cost-effective when based on a per-person rate.
Because each door has automatic fire door closures, consider providing door stoppers to keep some of the doors open to enhance the cosiness when people are in. The kitchen has no glass window with a view (only a small blind window).
