Exceptional location for this villa a few dozen meters from the sea.

You access by the private path from the garden to a quiet and uncrowded sandy beach, while remaining close to the center of the seaside town of Porticcio. Boat anchoring possible.

Private heated heated pool not overlooked in the middle of a 1200 m2 enclosed and shaded garden.

Villa on 3 levels with sea view, adjoining on one side, it consists of a main part with 3 bedrooms and 2 independent apartments: studio and T2 on the ground floor.

Main part: living room, living room, open fitted kitchen, 2 terraces with table and chairs, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) with 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets.

All comforts: reversible air conditioning, washing machines and dishes, ovens, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas and electric hotplates, 5 TVs, WIFI internet throughout the house, cot and high chair, barbecues, deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture , etc…

Bed linen, towels and all household linen is provided.

Private parking.
Well behaved pets are accepted.

Tariff 2500 - 6900 euros per week.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival € 1 per day per person.
Security deposit to be paid on arrival 2000 € (by check not cashed, transfer or cash) which will be returned to you on your departure.

Additional cleaning costs to be paid on arrival € 200 by check or cash which will be returned to you if the accommodation is returned in a correct state of cleanliness.

Concierge service on site for any service request: cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, baby-sitting, etc.

Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the accommodation. All arrivals and departures between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be charged to the tenant for 50 euros.

Before departure, the bins must be discarded and the dishes stored.

Super location, great access to the beach from the house directly, but no Jacuzzy as listed in the descritpion. ALso no one came to clean the pool but it was said that that would be done once a week. But the contact person of the property was nice an dhelpfull. Overall a very good stay, very close to the center but still very quiet area. We would happily return.

Big house BUT: -The house was not very clean. We had to wash all the dishes. -Ants all over in the kitchen and living room. Some died every day and we found them on the floor every morning. There were tons of them in the dishwasher. We had to clean the filter because there were so may of them there. The concierge made fun of us when we mentioned them and said if we didn't want insects we could get a rental in Paris instead. The swimming pool was dirty. When we told the concierge, his answer was that it was clean when he looked at it. It got greener and murkier Sunday, and we finally talked to the owner who got us a pool guy on Monday. Something was broken, and we basically had to wait two days to use the pool. The pool guys came three days in a row to fix it, so something was definitely wrong. But we could not use the pool for three days of the week. One bedroom does not have AC, which was a requirement for all of us, especially when it's so hot. The BBQ was disgusting. We could not use it, and the concierge said we would need to pay for a cleaning lady to come and clean it. I think they should have deducted that form the previous people's deposit instead. I didn't want to clean other people's accumulated grease. The twin bedroom upstairs does not have a door, so whoever slept there was woken up as soon as someone was moving downstairs. And from the double bedroom, you have to go through the twin bedroom to access the bathroom. Also the stairs to access the two upstairs bedrooms are super steep, so no small kids and no older people can be there. The two studios downstairs are nice but very dark, and one has twin beds that are too short for teens/adults. There are not real communal areas in the house. We had rented it for our big family, but we could not sit together anywhere. Same thing with the tiny kitchen upstairs. It's hard to make a meal for 12 there. Some good things still: Nice big table outside on the main terrace where we could sit all 12 of us. Very nice pool area, completely secured by a fence with shower. Cool private beach at the end of a short path directly from the house. But we would not stay there again.

Perfektes Haus für eine große Familie. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich, man kann sich gut aus dem Weg gehen, und trotzdem gemeinsam chillen am Pool, oder an einer langen Tafel zu Abend essen. Alles sehr sauber, sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Kleine Mankos: Die Kunststoff-Sonnenliegen waren fast alle kaputt, Sonnenschirme gibt es eigentlich keine, und der Jakusi war auch im Eimer. Aber das ist eigentlich egal, und auch ein wenig typisch für Korsika..:-) Hier der Hinweis, der mir im Vorfeld sehr wertvoll gewesen wäre: Im Kleingedruckten der Hausbeschreibung ganz unten, unter „mehr“ steht der Hinweis über eine erforderliche Kautionszahlung in bar oder als check beim einchecken. Das hatte mich vor Ort unnötigerweise kalt erwischt, da mich auch niemand mehr in der Vorabkommunikation darauf hingewiesen hatte. Ist nicht so leicht, mal eben so viel Geld in bar abzuheben in so einem Urlaubsort…. Ansonsten gilt: Pool, Strand, Küche, Lage….alles topp…

Agréable et spacieuse maison

Notre séjour dans cette maison s'est magnifiquement déroulée. La maison est séparée en 3 parties, ce qui est très appréciable lorsque l'on part à 2 familles avec enfants d'âges différents: tout le monde y trouve son compte. Maison très bien entretenue, extérieur agréable (piscine, jacuzzi et terrasses) et plage privée! En bref, une location à ne pas louper!

"Nous avons passés de vacances merveilleuses à Porticcio. Le Studio est pourvu d'un ameublement moderne et très clair. La piscine, le jacuzzi ainsi que le magnifique jardin et la proximité de la plage privée ont fait que nous n'avons pas éprouvé le besoin de bouger beaucoup de cet endroit merveilleux. Mais il existe beaucoup de visites à faire et de panoramas naturelles aux alentours et tous les commerces sont même à atteindre à pied.. Nous pouvons sans aucun doute recommander cette adresse et serions à tout moment prêts et enchantés d'y revenir!"

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Porticcio verlebt. Das Studio (Appartement) ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Der Pool, der Yakuzi, der Strand und die Gartenanlage sind so schön, dass wir nur wenige Ausflüge gemacht haben. Viele Ausflugsziele gibt es aber in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nah, so dass man auch zu Fuß alles erledigen kann. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

Tout d`abord il faut dire que la maison se trouve vraiment pas loin de l`aeroport, donc coté pratique c`est parfait. On a eu de la chance d`etre accueilli par les proprietaires memes, des gens tres sympas qui nous ont tout montré, expliqué et conseillé des endroits à proximité pour visiter. Ce qu`on a beaucoup apprecié dans la maison est la possibilité d`accueillir plus d`une dizaine de personne à la fois sans qu`on s`y sente gené. Donc comme on etait parti en deux familles avec les enfants c`ètait parfait pour nous. Le grand atout de cette maison est la proximité de la mer (il suffit de traverser un petit chemin derriere la maison qui fait 50m) et la plage privée,mais aussi faut pas oublier que la piscine est avec l`eau salée donc pour les enfants c'est genial, on oublie les yeux rouges à cause du chlor. Je vous conseille vivement cette belle proprieté afin de passer un moment inoubliable en Corse.
