We were in the area for a wedding at Silverton Falls and had a fabulous stay at this historic home. The location is excellent with great restaurants, coffee shops annd cute vintage stores all within a 5 minute walk. The house is spacious with lots of olde world charm. We had our wedding preparations in the formal living areas and it was the perfect setting.

We had a group of seven 50+yr old adults to do the Salem half Ironman. Our stay was fantastic. Everyone was very comfy in their rooms and we had a blast during our group meals and especially after the event when we relaxed around the living room. The carriage housestorage was super critical for our bikes. The back porch was another hangout where we sat with a persistent deer who was not afraid to sit right with us.

The home is beautiful and our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the Oregon Garden light display, and there were many nice restaurants to eat at. I highly recommend this rental. The property manager/owner could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We made some great memories.

Everything was perfect before and during our stay. Laurie was very easy to communicate with, the accommodations were extremely comfortable and very elegantly decorated and the best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house is exactly as listed in the description and as detailed by room, bath, and amenities. This house is perfect for a large group/family and is located directly adjacent (5 doors away) to the historic corridor of Silverton. Great restaurants, retail and services make this location perfect!
Laurie makes the process easy, has everything ready for you as you would hope, easy access to the house, check-in and checking out! This is one of the simplest of all VRBO’s we’ve stayed. Once we arrived she made it very easy to add the 7th room and extra bathroom. We booked this beautiful Victorian for our family to be close to our sons wedding and the entire stay was perfect; K-Cup coffee ready for us, large refrigerator, all appliances, and laundry items if needed. Central Air with multiple zones made it very comfortable for everyone, and you could turn off the AC and open the doors for a great cross breeze to enjoy. Then the dining room and hall open directly to a back covered patio with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the entire property.
We even had an incident and Laurie was very gracious, and that is extremely appreciated! We will certainly be back!

We live in Bend and came to Silverton for my daughter's wedding. This house was perfect for my wife and our extended family. Things we liked were:
- great location walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants
- nice quiet, relaxing and shaded patio outback
- separate bathrooms in each bedroom
- well stocked kitchen. I like to cook and this was one of the few houses that had a nice set of knives and a gas stove
- well stocked with consumables and extra refrigerator in the carriage house
- Oregon Garden nearby was a very nice place for a walk
Would definately stay here again if we visit Silverton!

The perfect house! So beautiful inside and out! And the best part, among many was bathrooms in each room, so perfect for families! Also, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. But the very, very best part was Laura the owner who went above and beyond with all my questions and concerns…she felt like a friend and that’s not something you usually get in a rental house. I can’t thank her enough! We made some beautiful memories and this house will always hold a special place in our hearts ❤️

This home was perfect for accommodating our entire family for our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed! We sat in the lovely gardens in the mornings and evenings, just perfect. Communication with the owner was top notch and this house, by far, is the best VRBO rental we've ever visited. We love this house and the way it is set up for guests! It is perfect! Clean and neat and was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Comfortable and cozy for all! We had our whole family(9 adults, 2 kids). Well stocked kitchen!
Silverton is a great little town as well. had fun walking and shopping. Food trucks and restaurants were also a plus.

We were here for my daughters wedding. A party of 8 ranging from 18 months to grandma and grandpa. The house is beautiful and it was extremely clean. It’s close to downtown so we were able to get our daily Starbucks fix. Two grocery stores are writhing walking distance and Salem was 20 minutes away. It was an incredible stay and I would recommend to anyone coming to Silverton

This is such a beautiful historic home full of charm. It was perfect for our family to stay and near everything downtown Silverton has to offer. Amazing home!
This is by far the best vacation rental I’ve ever seen. Five of us came to visit some gardens near Silverton & to hike the falls.
The home is beautifully restored, spotlessly clean, bright and spacious! The kitchen has every gadget you could possibly need, including 4 different ways to make coffee!
It’s in the perfect location for a stroll through downtown, a quick drive to some beautiful gardens (Sebright & Aelman’s) or a hike to any of the Falls.

This is the second time we've stayed here for the annual Silver Falls Marathon weekend. Both times have been absolutely incredible. The home is stunningly clean and well kept. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into maintaining this beautiful property. Property manager is super responsive and easy to work with. I'm sure we'll be back again next year!

Amazing property!
I was getting married the weekend we rented this place, needed a house my family could stay in that was close to the venue. It fit all of us comfortably and I was surprised at how stocked and ready to stay it was. Bathrooms had full shampoo and conditioner that were main brand!
The only complaints I had was the white room upstairs has a clothes hanger that is broken and falls off the wall easy. And the kitchen appliances were a little to high tech for us. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to use the microwave and we never could figure out the coffee maker, they did have a Keurig handy so that ended up being ok.
We ended up taking photos at the house for my husband and I and they turned out fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better more romantic place to get ready for mt wedding at

This historic inn is a home to be enjoyed!
We had come from Washington, Texas, Arizona and New York to celebrate our daughter's wedding at The Woods on Crooked Finger in Scotts Mills and enjoy a reunion of cousins. This lovely home surpassed our hope and expectations - and has now spoiled us for any future vacation rental experience elsewhere. This one sets the bar high! Everyone had their own bedroom with their own private bath (a plus for us 60+ adults!). The home is comfortably laid out so there were plenty of conversation areas for just a few people or the whole group. The kitchen was a dream as we prepared meals together. It truly was the best-stocked kitchen and had absolutely everything we needed. We prepared salads and sides to be taken to the wedding reception for 130 people and were able to comfortably do this in the kitchen. Thank you so much for making this home available. It was a gift to be able to stay there and create some wonderful memories.

This was such a great place to gather and stay for our daughter's wedding held at the Gallon House Farms in July 2021. The beds were amazing. The hosts went above and beyond on the amenities with kitchen supplies, utensils, bedding, towels and extra toiletries. Very spacious property, great location.
The house is very spacious and each bedrooom has a private bath. Very short walk to downtown Silverton. Very short drive to the Oregon Garden and to many amenities (brewery, Safeway, Starbucks, ...). Had 4 kids and made note of that when reserving but found later that the site says no children. Property worked well for us and the kids but it was very unclear and added a lot of stress at the last minute.

Laurie's house was amazing for our family while in Silverton. The large open living spaces and the porches were wonderful places to gather. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of!!! The variety of dishes, knives and serving pieces made it easy to serve items with a flare! And the big plus.... the home was extremely clean! Their attention to detail made you feel special (fresh flowers, coffee pods, thick bath towels, etc). Laurie and co-host Taryn were very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this home for any family vacation... You won't be disappointed!

Three couples enjoyed 5 nights in this wonderful, charming house. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining and living rooms were comfortable for a group. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own appeal so it was difficult to pick between them. The grounds were delightful. Everything inside and out was well maintained. We simply could not have selected a better place for our Silverton getaway!

Perfect!
The Water Street home is a lovely blend of the old and the new. The owners were obviously sensitive to the historic value of the house when updating it with all the modern conveniences that made our stay perfectly comfortable. Each bedroom has its own up-to-date bathroom with shower (or shower and tub). Had I not been on vacation, I would have enjoyed a day of cooking in the beautiful and roomy kitchen! Everything we needed was available to us--from microwave and gas stove to pancake mix and coffee. We took advantage of the pleasant outdoor areas, eating breakfast and napping on the back porch and reading and chatting on the front porch. We enjoyed short walks through Silverton's quaint downtown and a longer walk to the beautiful Oregon Garden.
Our family of 7 plus two aunts stayed at the former inn during the week of our son's wedding. We all agree that this beautiful spacious home helped us create some great memories!
