Located in a quiet neighborhood of Mavis & Steels area @ the border of Mississauga and Brampton. A walkout basement apartment with full sized windows in the bedroom & living area. Bus stop at the door step. Walking distance to grocery, bank, restaurants, gas station and Tim Horton. Minutes’ drive to Shoppers World Mall and main bus terminus, 2 minutes’ drive to Hwy 407, 7 minutes’ drive to Hwy 401, 15 minutes’ drive to GO Trains station, 20 minutes’ drive to Pearson International Airport.
This walk out basement apartment comes with separate ground level entrance from side of the house. This place is perfect for the accommodation of a single, a couple or a family of four. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed while two single Mattresses are present in the closet which can be used in the living room.
This apartment has a private washroom with standing shower, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, stove for light cooking and essential cutlery. Also include smoke alarm, 5 PC dining table. and a monster 65 Inch LED smart TV. Netflix is also setup on the TV.
Bed room has its own closet while there is one walking closet in the living area.
Complimentary coffee, tea bags, sugar and 1 L milk are provided for guests .
We are a family of 6 living on the upper portion of this apartment. My youngest one is my son who is 5 years old. I may not be around all the time but some one from us will be available most of the times to respond to your needs or queries.
One free parking is available at right side of driveway. If you require more parking, you can register the vehicle on the City of Brampton's website - Street parking.
Note: We have a cat in our part of the house which does not enter the apartment.
-We will try to keep it as quite as possible.
-Free Tea and Coffee.
-Milk and oil will be provided for one or two days of stay.
-For long term stays, shared washer and drier will be available for one use on
every Sunday free of charge.
