Beautiful home in a great location. Short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious home with common areas that were perfect for our family to huddle around. Paul was also excellent, accommodating and quick to reply. Would recommend

We were there with the family, two kids 12 and under. The house is in.a great location, and the host was very easy to work with. The pool wasn’t heated, so wasn’t useful but the rest of the house had all the amenities and space we needed.

The property is quite spacious and allows quests areas to mingle yet sleep in seperate primary bedrooms. The outdoor area is great for guests to lounge. The only improvement could be for some larger cookie sheets to allow for some more baking options. The host was very responsive to any requests.

Our family of six just returned from a week here and already we are planning to return. Our kids range in age from 10 years to 9 months. Paul, the host, was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. He also met a company to deliver baby essentials and have them set up prior to our arrival. The location is AMAZING. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. We took in three Spring Training games— the Rockies/D-backs stadium is only a few miles away, as is the aquarium and butterfly pavilion. The weather was PERFECT in mid-March. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here with two families- it was great to have to master bedrooms. The house was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was very clean and easy for us to get to multiple spring training baseball games. We would stay here again.

We rented this place for 2 months and found it to be every bit as good as the pictures suggested, and the description reads...and then some. Paul (host) was very accessible, though we didn't have any issues during our 2 months. We plan to rent in Scottsdale again, and will start with seeing if this place is available.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything we needed and was in a great community. Paul was a wonderful host and so quick to respond to our messages if we had any questions. We will definitely be staying here again if we return to AZ!

The locating was perfect going to multiple golf courses all well within 30 minutes while some premium courses 10-15 minutes away such as the TPC Scottsdale, Troon North, Boulders, Geayhawk, etc. Home in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes from shopping centers. Hot tub was a welcome place after two rounds of golf.

We loved the house. It was the perfect perfect for our family. Plenty of space inside and out to relax. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we could possibly need. Loved the shady seating areas outside and the views of the mountains. Hope to revisit soon!

Beautiful home with 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. Wonderful sitting area with large TV open to dining area and kitchen. Separate sitting area with couch provides additional seating and privacy. Kitchen is large with lots of prep area. Great coffee bar. Backyard is beautiful. Would highly recommend this home.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Farm. It is a lovely property which is perfect for my family. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice large indoor and outdoor living space in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Paul is an excellent host. He is responsive to any questions and I know if there had been any issues (which there weren’t) he would be on top on it to fix the problem.

If I could give more stars I would! Beautiful home in very quiet, private neighborhood close to hiking, shopping, dining & more. This home was beautifully appointed with every amenity. Pool & hot tub were amazing as well as the home’s “double master” setup. Paul was extremely responsive. We will be back and not soon enough!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this large house in Scottsdale. It was one of the biggest we found on a large piece of land as well. 8 of us were very comfortable there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and played many rounds of cornhole. We also loved the coffee bar and want one in all of our houses now. We would definitely stay here again.

The home worked out perfectly for our annual winter getaway with friends. It’s spacious, thoughtfully furnished & outfitted and has very comfortable beds. We enjoyed some of the fun/funky interior decor elements. The large yard was a plus and we had a great time playing hours of corn hole. Paul and Heather always communicated immediately.

Great property for a family. Enjoyed our stay! Paul was easy to work with and addressed the one small issue we had in 15 min - fire table would not turn on. Fantastic location, lots of space, comfortable beds, huge couches, very nice kitchen amazing back yard with pool and hot tub and lots of space. Just a few items that could use some TLC in the master bathroom-- feels like that part of the house not updated as other bathrooms. Kitchen could use new oven mitts / burned my hand using one with a tear in it. Overall a 4.9 out of 5 -

Husband and myself with two adult daughters and their bfs stayed in the house. Plenty of space for everyone. Close to my 94-year old mother's home. Amenities were ideal. The jacuzzi was great after hiking. Had smoked pork using the Green Egg. Played cornhole a lot! Perfect gathering place for family and friends to come over and visit.

Family vacation with our adult sons and daughter in law. This is a 5 star property and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the backyard pool hot tub and fire table plus the gorgeous views of the mountains. Indoors was spacious and comfortable. Paul was very responsive to my questions. I am pretty particular and this would be a property I would highly recommend.

I stayed here with friends for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect for 9 of us. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a very safe and central area. They even put out engagement ring floats in the pool as decoration (nice personal touch!). I was in contact with Paul and he was responsive and accommodating, and even allowed us an early check in. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be back!

Couldn't have picked a better property. 3 adult couples had plenty of room. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the house was very clean and the misters outside were so amazing. Paul was responsive and very accommodating which was appreciated!
