Clean and comfortable. Great location with restaurants and shops close by. Easy walking distance to the train and various shops, etc… around Chur.

Great location, close to Old Town and train station. Comfortable beds, good kitchen. Hosts respond quickly. Check in and check out times were generous. The apartment has the potential to be great.
Unfortunately, a bit more effort is required to make this apartment what it could easily be - The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned of mould, decent towels provided, the dishwasher should be emptied from previous guests and enough crockery and utensils should be provided for the number of guests. The shower head is very low, so a longer hose and higher fitting would help a lot. These are all easy fixes, so hopefully future guests have a better experience.
Note: The apartment is on a main road so can be noisy from the traffic if you're not used to this.

Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut.
Das Badezimmer ist wirklich eklig. Es hat Schimmel an den Decken und zwischen den Fliesen. Der Duschvorhang müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Die Badewanne ist durchgescheuert.
Die Betten knarzen bei jeder Bewegung. Alle Möbel sind alt und sind zusammengeflickt. Die Fenster sind alt und daher ist alles was draussen ist sehr gut hörbar.

Communication was clear and self check-in was good. WiFi worked well. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for 4 people. Well-equipped kitchen, and Mamma Mia restaurant downstairs has yummy food. Great location!
Some of the beds are squeaky. Lounge seating is old/worn/broken. Expect some street noise.

The location is perfect. It's a short walk from the train station in the old town area. The flat is quite large and comfortable. It's not as fancy as others we have stayed in, but we have no complaints

Excellent apartment, well equipped, friendly hosts. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Pizzeria below. Car parking for our large car was found in a multi-storey 5 mins away. Perfect location for our trip on the Bernina Express train.
We stayed mid week and it was noisy outside because of the main road, but no noise was heard from the restaurant even though it was busy. so I suppose that was a negative for us, but if you come from a city, I'm sure it wouldn't bother you.

Very clean property. The kitchen had an expresso coffee machine....bonus for everyone.
It was easy to find. I had booked this property for our guests coming from Italy and they are able to access the property easily.
Definitely this is a place we are going to use again.

We had a great time here! The accommodation is quite large and comfortable. There are many beds. The kitchen is well-equipped. The check-in process was easy and smooth. Great location, close to the city centre and the central station :) Highly recommended for families or groups of friends.
We only stayed one night for catching the Bernina Express in the morning. We haven't noticed anything we haven't liked during our stay. We would've liked to have access to Netflix or another streaming service.

Place is a short walk (7-8 min) from the Chur Train Station. We made it to the property and proceeded to get our keys from the lockbox from info sent prior. Property was clean and very spacious. Kitchen had coffee.
A little more communication from the host would have been nice. We had a couple of immediate questions but we sorted those out by ourselves.
The whole apartment did not have a mirror except in the bathroom, so a little difficult. Had to open windows since the apartment was very warm. A bit noisy until 11:00 pm since it is roadside, but after that it was quiet.

Well equipped and clean apartment above Mamma-Mia restaurant, not far from train station and shopping center, good functional heater, there’re big Migros and Denner supermarket near train station
A bit difficult go up to the first floor with the spiral staircase if you have big luggage, dining table is fit for just 4 person which not enough for us(we have 6)

In Booking.com web, it mentioned have lift from ground floor to 1st level, however, it is no lift facility in actual. You can imaging how hard to move heavy luggage to upper level.

Great location within easy walking distance (with a 6 yr old) of the railway station, near the old town. Cable TV with English language channels and Netflix. Well maintained.
