I like everything about this place except for the bugs ,,,,

It’s a shame I would really love to give this place nothing but smiles and a five star rating. I really like the owner. I like the rooms. I like the decor. I like the extras like the black lights. I like Parking I like to lot but unfortunately, they just have a bug problem and I’ve stayed at a couple different rooms and I saw bedbugs and I saw cockroache and I saw I don’t know what other kind of bug it was but they just have bugs it’s a shame.

Please make it more welcoming and comfortable. Felt kind of grimey in there.

I didnt do enough research into the calico and was disappointed. Not their fault though.

Needs repair and an uplift. Needs air fresheners and just a total revamp. Coat of paint..

Local to Disney, but very disappointing.

Very local to Disneyland; about 15 minute drive. Private except for the old guy constantly smoking and staring at everybody who came and went.

Everything else. VERY narrow driveway; was assigned a room already occupied by someone else, room we DID use reeked of smoke (despite being a smoke-free facility) amongst many other preexisting damages (cracked flooring on the second floor(!), everything was sticky, towels were gross/unclean); extra amenities requested weeks in advance (extra towels and pillows) were never provided despite staff confirming the request at booking AND morning of. There was a sheet on the bed, a thin wool blanket over that, and what amounted to a curtain on top; that's not comfort or even warm.

RUDE and dishonest manager

I stayed a secl)lond night because I am moving and needed to go through things and separate for dicsrd and donate process. Which took longer because of stairs and bad knee. Please no more upstairs and long carries until my knee replacement and rehabbing is done which will be in March.

Staff likes to enter room when you are absent. Had our own white towels so cleaning lady took them like they were the hotels towels to clean never got them back & they were very expensive. yes "Do Not Disturb" was displayed...
