Lugar tranquilo

Si vas a los parques de disneyland la ubicación es buena, pero si vas a universal es lejos...siempre contabiliza el tráfico en los ángeles a universal nos demoramos casi 2 horas de ese hospedaje...es super tranquilo el sector y el personal un 7.

El desayuno súper pobre, yo dividí mis vacaciones en dos lugares para hospedarme, este fue mi segundo hospedaje pero quede súper decepcionada del desayuno había leído comentarios que era pobre pero no pensé que tanto, deje una foto.

Unschöne Gegend. Zimmer heruntergekommen, alt und dreckig. Das Badezimmer, besonders die Dusche ist eine Zumutung.

Would stay here again.

Quiet location considering it was on a main road. Light breakfast was enough, clean dining room. Took a bit to negotiate the TV.

Horrible experience front office very unprofessional

It was just OK. You get what you pay for situation.

It was clean & the beds were comfortable other than the pillows.

The woman working the desk was very unfriendly and hardly said a word unless asked a question.

It serve the goal, to rest and sleep for the night.

The location

To be notified that sink was cracked in the room. when reported office response was " the cleaning crew is probably aware of it " without checking for them Selfs. Since money is withheld if damages are found it left me weary of on been charged for existing damage in the room.

Good location but wouldn't stay again.

The location of the park was close to Disney and that was great.

The hotel needs to be upgrade. It gave me the sensation that the owners care only on maximizing profits and not in reinvesting on the hotel.

Price, comfortable beds, appears to be in process of updating rooms to wood flooring.

Unfriendly check in person. Also, unfriendly morning front desk personnel. Lack of breakfast options such as yogurt, etc.

-Rude staff told me cannot do early check-in at all -No safety box in room -The staff was in a locked room, while the guest did the check-in from a window outside the room at night (so the guest's security is of no value to them).

rooms pretty were clean, beds were comfortable.

Decent place for a short stay to visit theme parks.

Easy to get to Disneyland from the hotel - almost a straight shot down Ball Rd. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Nice wardrobe to hang our clothes. Plenty of clean towels. Bathroom had a built in night light that was just bright enough to see, but not cast a bright light across the beds. Water in the buffet area was nice and hot to make a good cup of tea.

Breakfast was very small bite sized muffins and cinnamon rolls - fresh out of the refrigerator. Hotel uses streamed TV on non-smart TV's. We weren't even able to watch the news without more buffering than show. We were in the Accessible room, so the shower was a walk in (that's nice), but the shower head sprayed directly onto the shower curtain which caused the water to go at least a foot into the bathroom.
