Que para llegar ahí tuvimos que firmar un contrato cosa que nunca me había pasado en ninguna parte del mundo firmar un contrato por una noche. Y que la llegada es tediosa por qué hay que coordinar llegar en el mismo horario y avisar con dos horas antes

Departamento limpio con 2 camas

Tienen una hielera, sombrilla, sillas y toallas de playa a disposición. Departamento moderno, limpio y bien equipado. Tienen los básicos de la cocina (aceite,sal,café). La persona de la caseta de vigilancia te da la información del departamento y arriba te está esperando una persona cuando llegas. Se encuentra el lugar en Maps como “Bahía del Tezal 1” Pienso que han tenido problemas con otros huéspedes porque tienes que firmar un contrato de arrendamiento como de 5 paginas. Como nunca me había pasado se me hizo extraño.

En mi reservación para 6 personas decía que había 2 camas y un sofá cama. Solo habían las dos camas. Tuvimos que juntar los dos sillones de la sala para que durmieran dos personas. Habia cobijas y almohadas extras pero sabanas no para esos sillones. En una de las regaderas se tiene que bañar pegado a la pared por qué el agua sale así. El check-out a las 10 am.

Will be back. Great location, close to shopping. Great roof top pool.

Angelica was a gem. It was great to have someone actually meet us and show us the property. The property was extremely well appointed. Nice bedding, towels. Good quality dishware. Super clean and very spacious.

Superb

Nice. Clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were nice. Location was good. Quiet facility. Rooftop pool was cool.

In a developing area and access isn't the best. Roads had numerous potholes and I'm glad we had a rental car to drive and not my own (but that should be better after the area is built out). I wish the place had a hot tub.

wonderful stay sorry to see it come to an end

We stayed a month and had an amazing time. The staff in the building are so helpful and friendly and we made new friends that live in the building. We needed to extend our stay a couple nights and the owner did it for us with no problems. The condo is clean and nice location we will definitely use again.

Good location if you want away from the resort hustle, but close enough to attend an event

great proximity to the beach and Hotel Riu. we couldn’t get a room at the Rius, so this was the next best thing.

Personal check in and out process. Great air conditioning.

Floors were a little dirty but there is nearby construction so it was possible to overlook.

Amazing stay in Cabo!

Beautiful newer condo near town and just 100m from Riu hotel and public beach access.

Difficulty with auto dishwasher but, there was 4 of us who took turns cleaning up.

Great apartment

When I arrived, they told me that the swimming pool was under maintenance and it wasn't available until the next week, i booked the place because i wanted to relax at the pool after doing all my activities in the morning, if they would of tell me before hand that would of being different.

I wasn't expecting to be so clean and big, in the pictures it looks good, but in person, looks even better! Really big apartment for like 5 people, great view, and Sara! She was soo polite and nice, always willing to help you with whatever you need!
