Perheelliselle hyvän hinta-laatusuhteen majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla

Majoituimme kohteessa 2 yötä 6 hengen perheellä. Tässä oli mukava ja rauhallinen majoittua ja hinta-laatusuhde on mielestäni loistava. Pidin siitä, että urheiluvaatteet ja muunkin likapyykin sai pestyä ja kuivattua, kun kohteessa oli pesukone, kuivausrumpu sekä kuivauskaappi. Sijainti on hyvä, kaupungille ja kauppoihin on lyhyt matka, Ounasvaara on myös aivan lähellä. Asuntoa on hieman remontoitu. Saunassa sai melko hyvät löylyt. Hintaan sisältyi liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kaikille. Tässä sai nukuttua hyvät yöunet.

Aterimia oli liian vähän. Puukot olivat todella tylsiä. Pyyhkeille voisi olla kodinhoitohuoneen seinällä teline. Grilliin olisi tarvinnut omat hiilet ja grilli olisi pitänyt kantaa vähän matkan päästä (tätä ei tiennyt etukäteen ja meillä oli grillattavaa mukana). Saunan ikkunasta puuttui kahva, joten sitä ei saanut raotettua. Keittiössä on todennäköisesti ollut jonkinlainen vesivahinko, koska kaappien ovet ovat huonossa kunnossa, luultavasti piipun juuresta on vuotanut vesi sisään.

Exceptional

Spacious apartment. Very warm. Clear and well equipped. The nature outside is beautiful, especially with fresh snow. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking place. Good location if you have a car and want to travel around. Sauna and fire place are very good to spend time with friends after an active day or before catching Aurora (Good place for Aurora is 66.582417, 26.025044 if you have a car)

20-25 minutes to walk to the city centre. But with a car it is not a problem.

Confortable, calm apartment with all equipments

Nice apartment, well situated. it's better to rent a car, but if you don't, many excursions operators can get you nearby. Perfect equipment, nothing missing. We had a problem on the 25th of December, we left the key inside... The owner came at once!

Best memorable stay!

Fantastic location, best facilities with sauna, quite place, walking distance to shops. I had to mention the owners being so kind to allow us to check in earlier without additional payment. The house had everything for traveller's needs. I mean EVERYTHING! Big thanks!

Great place to spend your winter holidays!

We couldn’t figure out where the recycling station/ garbage cans are…We had to keep the trash inside. We used to recycle, it wasn’t really possible at the property

Superb

Great apartment, close to town and Santa's village. Quiet and has all amenities required.

Nothing, we had everything we needed, with the exception of a plug converter (we forgot ours!).

We visited with dogs, and in the summer time this is a great location for these kinds of stays. Easy communication with the hosts so no problems at all!

Owners stole my money

I payed around $2000 for 4 nights. Just 3 days after booking it my flight changed and I was not going to be in Rovaniemi the first two nights I booked. It was still three weeks until the date of arrival and the owner kept $1000 from me even though they knew I couldn’t go into their apartment. They were absolutely not reasonable at all and didn’t want to refund any amount. They could have still booked their appartment to another person instead of keeping my money. But they decided to keep the reservation and don’t give back anything, not even comsidered just a little penalty. That’s not honest. They were saying my dates got not refund as it was holidays. But my plans changed just 3 days after the booking and a lot of time was left for them to keep offering the place to someone else. The worst persons ever.

Family Stay

Really loved our stay here. House was toasty warm and had everything that we needed as a family. We never ate out at a restaurant and the kitchen had everything. Enjoyed the coffee maker but with 3 kids we absolutely loved the drying cupboard! Never saw one before and fell in love with it! Sauna was very cool and the husband was in it every night. It was lovely and quiet and was a 5min drive to santa village and the ski slopes. Minutes away from the supermarket and booze shop too. Hosts were fabulous at letting us pay extra to check in early and check out late.

Nice, clean property Very good amenities Quiet and easy location

I missed having a little better kitchen and cooking utensils, especially knives. The ones there were useless and dull, insufficient for prepping food.

Great place for a comfy stay

Clear instructions for almost all items. Great living space with all essential items for a stay of couple days. Close to a skiing resort and Santa village.

Clean and warm!

Collecting keys on arrival was great. Well prepared instructions, for example for using the fireplace. The dishwasher, washing machine and especially cloth dryers were great. Roofed parking space with electric plugs.

Adding espresso maker, shot glasses, wall frames, bigger TVs, bedside tables, and replacing two beds with sofas in the living room (B2) are our suggestions to improve the facilities.
