My stay at this hotel was an immense letdown from the start. The lack of accessible staff was evident, and upon entering my room, I was met with cobwebs and a foul odour emanating from the mouldy bathroom, which unfortunately had a non-functional drain. The constant power cuts and voltage fluctuations made getting a decent night's sleep impossible.
The place seemed neglected, with cobwebs in the rooms and evidence of poor housekeeping, such as unswept areas. My first impression was set when I saw a train of ants constantly invading and leaving the room. And the dried-up plant, surrounded by garbage. I have attached all pictures just in case. I have enough pictures attached with the review to compare it against the pictures the property has posted.
It appears that the management is either unaware or indifferent to the state of the place, as it seemed to be operating with the bare minimum. I can't fault the staff entirely, as they appeared to be doing what they were trained to do, but their presence was scarce, and their primary focus seemed to be keeping the property minimally functional.
However, as they collect full payment of the stay on Day 1, it puts you on the back foot in wanting to change accommodation as well. Also, when the rooms say 'Sea-view', you can see some patches of the see. I imagine that is not what one has in mind when they say sea view.
I strongly advise avoiding this place if you can. To those who might be swayed by the appealing pictures online, be warned that the reality is far from the portrayal.
Additionally, the supposed Wi-Fi was practically non-functional, rendering any attempts to stay connected futile.
Overall, this hotel stay was nothing short of a disappointment; everyone in my family felt the same. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I liked the ambience of the resort

Especially Nothing _ just they have a pool
Lots
Not at all worth for this rate
Rooms are small even the deluxe rooms
Complimentary breakfast is just a complement, they opt we eat don’t expect more options and if your are from other part of Kerala just need to satisfy with cheese and butter, and the dinning area is horrible and they will serve only after 9.30.
Sea view room - you can only see a distant sea views with neighbours on next will - will affect your privacy also
If they charge 2000 is ok and for 5000 you will get far better option - over priced
In photos you will get a wow look but in real very disappointing
And you can see lots of local boys inside the compound along with the staff .

Breakfast was served at our room upon request. Bathroom had toilet paper.
There were no staff at the reception most of the times, neither was the resort manager available on calls. The heater was on solar so we could not get hot water at night or early morning. Also, one of the days there was no water in the bathroom. The hand shower was broken. Refrigerator and TV were not functional even though we had the equipment in our room. The room was infested with black ants and insects and hence was difficult to unpack and pack. The pool was almost always dirty and again infested by insects and ants. Pool water was also very hot, hotter than the room temperature or regular outside temperature.

Staff is limited to serve breakfast but they prepare fresh breakfast specially
Swimming pool is very small but location with respect to beach is very good
Blue water restaurant in front of this resort is very good for the view while dinning

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were exceptional, Comfort rooms did suffice our requirements as we mostly spent our days roaming around. Sit out was perfect for a fresh air. Hotel is surrounded by lot of plants and trees. Friendly staffs round the clock. Always on top of things to meet our requirements. Breakfasts were homely and it was delicious all 4 days, Loved it and complimented the Chef Chechi. We also took the Lunch, famous Kerala Meals from the Stay and it was over-whelming (just exaggerating, it was delicious and wish I could have eaten twice of it :D). Pool was an added advantage for my daily morning swim. Just 2min walk to the Beach and 15min further walk on the beach shore to the Famous Cliff places. Only hotel guests and literally no crowds around.

Near to the beach, swimming pool.
At this price I expected atleast a good soap/shower gel and a tissue roll in the bathroom.

Pool and staff were great! Breakfast is decent, too.
No restaurant is a big letdown. Got to walk a decent distance to the beach as well.

I liked the atmosphere around the property. It looked greenish everywhere with cool lightings. We can see the beach from the cottage and also we can hear the beach waves.that was really cool. We got Scooty for rental which was very helpful.Varkala beach odayam beach and kappil beach are very near to the property. Myself and my wife we both had a great experience there. All the best to Satta beach residence to continue your best service.

Bed, for me was super firm.

The staff was friendly and available to reply to any questions we had and very accommodating. The hotel is very nice and quiet. A very good place to relax.
Both swimming pools are very nice, however, it was a bit sad to see so many bugs, dead leafs in the water - if that minor improvement is made, then this place is perfect
