My stay was fantastic I recommend everyone to go and enjoy there holiday. The place is amazing and the customer service

The hospitality is beyond expectations.

I payed using card. My bank notified me through a text that the payment was deducted but the cashier told me it wasn’t payed I am still looking forward to be refunded.

As a family we will return

Effort on the food and beverage manager to create a mini birthday celebration for my grandson was really exceptional and hugely appreciated the way he managed to keep a surprise , with singers , cake , drinks and snacks . Truly something he will remember always .

Beach getaway at one of Kenya's best beaches.

The resort was very rustic and perfect to explore the surrounding area and to just relax with a cocktail. The service was always great and the breakfast and dinner had a wide selection of food. Perfect for families and couples.

One of the best places to stay

Beautiful from the moment you walk in. Great staff all around, reception, Salome, the garden and pool staff, the waitresses. They were friendly and very helpful. The variety of restaurants and events. My 2 night stay was too short and should have brought my son. He would love it there as well. I see why the resort has won Best Restort for multiple years.

Villa experience was good but the biggest disappointment was the beach and food.

We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was excellent. The living room, bedrooms and pool were very good. Cleanliness was very good. Overall the villa experience was excellent. Resort had some good private and quiet lounges for sitting. Friday night beach side dinner location was good and entertaining. Acrobatic show was vey good.

The villa water supply in bathrooms was brackish which made life very difficult. Brushing teeth, showering etc was not pleasant at all. Fortunately bottled water was provided to make tea/coffee. The location of the property is good but the beach is rocky and hardly good for swimming so we did not at all go into the water. Rock was also slippery. Although the beach was supposed to be private however you could see some locals roaming around so safety of property was of concern. Breakfast/lunch/dinner was average not worthy of a 5 star resort. Poolside evening complimentary tea was average. Lots of flies around food.

Beautiful place on the beach

The view, the ambience, the food. Rooms were comfortable. A lot to do on the hotel premises. Very welcoming staff. I will be back again.

The cleaning wasn't up to par in the rooms, but they're still nice. The shower has salty water and doesn't get so hot.

it’s not the property problem, but walking on the beach is a big challenge because of all those trying to sell you something. and some can be rude and dangerous if rejected. i hope the hotel can find a way to control this. we didn’t feel safe at the beach

will never return here, but definitely will be back to Diani beach

the rooms really need attention (given that they want to be known as a 5 star hotel). bathrooms had mould and ceiling was falling. the TV is standing on a table and the wall TV bracket is sticking out. No attention to details at all.

people are nice, but service need huge improvement. luck of training is evident

Keep it up..

The facilities were clean and the views were amazing and breathtaking.The rooms were well positioned with beach views from the room.The private beach was clean , comfortable, and secluded.

The charges were not clearly spelled out as I was on half board and found very many miscellaneous charges.Its very good for families however younger travellers and couples may find it less appealing.

Pleasant

The beach front and white sands are amazing. I highly recommended the morning stroll. It's a must.

The food. The place could use some serious improvement when it comes to food.

Very nice location, still a few things that can improve.

Nice, clean and big rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is quite diverse and tasty, especially on dinner. Beach is very close to the hotel and is well maintend by the resort staff.

Salty water in bathrooms(quite unpleasant when you wash your theets) Wi-Fi is working horrible, I reccomend to buy a sim card with internet. A lot of monkeys in the courtyard, that can sometime become aggressive. Prices for beverages and food in the resort are quite high.

The food was nice ,cool staff who were always ready to assist…oh I loved the morning ‘beef soup’ always helped me with my hangover 🤗. The facility was really nice and safe
