It says on Booking.com that the apartment is on a ground floor and offers the views and garden furniture- well, in fact it’s more like in the cellar, your view is on the stone fence surrounding the building, all the window shutters are closed anyway and it’s not easy to get them open and there is no chance to admire any views while there is nothing to sit on outside and you are below the street level. We certainly didn’t get the apartment that meets the description from Booking.com.

Good location, very kind and helpful host.

No air conditioners only ceiling fans. The weather was extremely hot and during the nights the fans didn't help much.

Dark apartment in the basement. Bathroom was very old and not clean, especially bathtube with diacausting curtains. Photos look nice, but reality is not.

The apartment was big and kitchen was well equipped

It's a parter, which means no view, not enough light, no balcony or garden to sit by and not the most pleasant part of the town. The shower was old and not inviting. There were a lot of mosquitos that got inside because the windows dont have nets. book in if you need a big place and a kitchen

You have a view of the Meteora, right from one of the windows

I only stayed one night at this property and didn't meet the owner, but he provided the most efficient welcome ever. Konstantinos sent us on whats app, all the data we would need for accommodation and a successful stay - sorry we couldn't stay longer. The apartment I stayed in is on the ground floor and has a room facing the street, but there is no traffic and therefore quiet. The rooms are very clean, spacious, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped.

Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom, which could be a problem if there are several occupants, but that's it, you need to organize yourself better :))

Great place, excellent apartment and very nice host!

We had really great time in Kalabaka. Apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and lot of space for not high price. It also has spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is in good location, very close to the center. You can go to restaurants, shops etc. by foot and enjoy the amazing view of Meteora. I would also want to thank our host Konstantinos who was very kind and helpful. He didn’t hesitate to send us with express mail something that we left behind in apartment. We have only positive experience and for sure highly recommend this apartment and place to visit.

The flat was spacy, and in a good spot, near the center. The living room was nice and comfy, kitchen was nice too.

The flat was very cold, we couldn't get it to comfy temperature. Also there was nothing in the kitchen, even some sugar and coffee to make in the morning.
