Nice place

Standard hotel room near city centre. Loved the lift! Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Parking is on the street but we had no problem finding a spot. The included breakfast was good and great when travelling on a budget. Lots of eating options nearby.

Lovely hotel

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was plentiful.

The shower was difficult to operate without flooding the bathroom.

Staff is kinde. Appreciate garage for motorcycle.

The room did not match what I saw on the photos during the reservation process. The bed is too small for two person. No power wall socket near the bed. Ligtning is poor. The bathroom is flooding, and water not drainage at all. Avoid room 342. First day, bread is not fresh, juice is just water coloured.

Clean room/bathroom, nice view, perfext location, elevator working. We had free private parking in front of hotel. Staff was friendly, give us all information! Recommended!

Exceptional

Centre of town easy to walk from bus stop at fountain. Lovely receptionist very helpful and great breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Bedroom with fantastic view of Meteora opposite from balcony. Lift to get to lift from reception area if you can't manage a few steps up.

Sufficient for a couple night's stay.

Good location a short taxi ride from the train station, and a short walk to the heart of Kalabaka village. The staff were very helpful. They made arrangements for us to take a taxi to the monasteries and viewpoints of Meteora. We also were given an upgrade to a larger room with balcony and view looking up at Saint Stephens monastery. The breakfast was included and good.

The hotel is a bit worn down. The doors still use key locks, and the one on our room had to be jiggled a lot in order to turn. The bathroom had a mini-tub with shower. The tub did not have any level area; it had a raised area on which to sit and then sloped down to the drain. My wife is only 5 feet tall, so she was able to sit in there, but it was slippery, especially to get in and out. I am a big man, and it was downright dangerous to shower, like standing in a coffin teetering on the edge of a cliff. A plexiglass panel on hinges would swing outward to allow one to get in, but water would flow under it onto the floor. Perhaps some of the other rooms have a different shower set-up. Another issue was the poor Internet WiFi.

fantastic value for money. excellent room and very clean, modern en-suite with overhead rain shower. i was also lucky to have a balcony room with view of the Meteora rocks, amazing. good breakfast also included.

Good enough for a couple of nights

excellent location. polite staff. small but nice looking room with somewhat new furniture. Cozy lounge near the reception desk

the walls you don’t see in the pictures are really dirty the bathroom walls are also quite dirty which made us question the rooms cleanliness all together. It’s a shame because it was a nice looking room

Amazing Rocks View

perfect hotel! so comfortable and clean the staff was amazing! the amazing woman at the reception... she helps me a lot! always with a big smile and good vibes. the view from my window.. so beautiful! There is nothing like getting up in the morning and seeing the rocks from a balcony

Location is pretty good, right where you want to be when you want to go see the monasteries. Other than that I think you get what you paid for, being a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is a bit old and the bathroom was a bit tight, specially to shower.
