Good rooms

Everything in the house works very well. It's good to have a TV in the room.

Forks and spoons are very old. There is only one blade and it is not sharp, it is useless. I asked a person in charge if there was another knife. He pointed at me the old knife. The beds are very, very bad. It was very old and very harsh. The bars of the sofa were sinking into my back. The house needs to be a little cleaner. There was no place to hang the shower head in the bathroom. This may seem like a small thing, but it is something important.

Comfortable room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for short stays.

The room and the bathroom were clean. There was a fridge and a microwave which worked properly. Self check-in was well organized. The host was available to answer messages on WhatsApp at all times. The apartment was renewed. The area was safe. The apartment is located close to a beautiful park.

The check-in and check-out times are set uncomfortably 22:00-8:00. However, if you talk to the owner he would allow you to check in earlier and check out later under a condition you would give him rating 10 on booking. It was a bit creepy at first, however overall experience really was great!

It was a room in a 3 room apartment. It was very noisy and the room doors had a glass insert. You woke up when the other quarters came in at night/ left early in the morning because of the light from the corridor and the noise level. Bathroom and kitchen workable. Okay for one night, not necessarily for longer.

Probably the worst place I have ever stayed.

The price was cheap.

The manager could not explain how to get to the apartment nor where to park the car. This is inexcusable! I reserved the more expensive apartment because I believed it had its own bathroom. It did NOT. It had a shared bathroom therefore I wasted my money paying extra. The cheaper room was listed in the title as having a "shared bathroom" but the more expensive one was not written that way, therefore, I believed it had its own bathroom. However, in the fine print, it then said that it had a shared bathroom. I was NOT happy about that and would have stayed elsewhere. As expected, that shared bathroom was filthy. The check-in time is AFTER 22:00 and the check-out time is 8:00!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! And although I was given a "late" check out at 10:00 am I am not very happy that I had to ask for this.

The Apartment is equipped with all the necessary things. Fast, hassle-free, and specific communication with the caretaker of the Facility. Clear rules to follow. Fine place!

The check in was over complicated and 10pm given for check is too late. Kitchen needed more equipment Eg tin opener, bottle opener, simple coffee maker. Shower wall attachment was broken.

Awful apartment block, smells awful, 4 flights of stairs

It's a Soviet Era apartment block, it's not clear about that in the ad, it is very hard to find it and just hassle, i don't know how an apartment can be listed by booking.com, it was on the 4th floor so if you have mobility issues forget it.

a very high price for such living conditions

this is a regular 3 rooms apartment. each room is to different clients. you all live in one apartment. you will hear each neighbor’s sound. the dishes are dirty. and absolutely crazy check out - 8:00. complicated self check-in.

it’s good place

nice place , 3 room apartment. 1 room for each guest and common bathroom. nice, clean, all necessary stuff

the process of accommodation itself was rather complicated. super long message in Polish (which I don’t know as a foreigner) with lots of unnecessary details. So it was rather stressful process to get the details of address and get into the apartment. After all was good . and very good price for rather comfortable place

There were no beds but very bumpy, uncomfortable coaches. Thin walls - it was quite loud and hard to sleep especially with so many people crammed inside such a small apartment.

It was okey, quality = price.

I liked organization and communication with the host. He explained everything really well and we could check in late at night. Apartment was fine, for the price we payed it meets expectations. We liked the view from balcony

I did not like fact that other guests was bothering at the late time. One man could not enter so was keep calling on the phone and speaking polish to me. Walls are not soundproof so we could hear everything from the other room (changing positions of furniture's, talking on the phone or using other facilities. Fact is that we didn't use kitchen because it was not clean.

The wifi is brilliant and there are a few shops nearby. It is perfect for a long holiday on budget, and the area is quiet.
