La atención del personal, es magnífica. La ubicación también es muy buena
El acceso al bungalow, es algo complicado. Sobre todo porque la rampa de acceso al bungalow, en la época de lluvia, es resbaladiza. Aconsejaría, poner antideslizante.

Lovely views, it was really nice to relax in the hammocks.
Room was comfy and cosy. No bugs despite the jungle location! The fan was really strong. A surprisingly good shower. WiFi was better than we thought it would be given other reviews. Staff were really nice. The man who checked us in was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay (I have forgotten his name!!). Good location close to food options. We booked a boat tour through the sweet jungle which was a really good tour.

Very nice attitude from the host. I had little problem during checkin, but the host sort it out very fast. Beautifil stay in the forest and nearby beach. Beach is nice, but water is full of petrol :( So I dont recommend to swim there. Many dead fish on the beach too.

Great location right near the beach. However some of the bungalows are a bit of a hike to get to if you haven't got great knees!

Just that they picked us from the ferry
I couldn’t even charge my phone , it was raining in the room , constant electricity cut , no contact for charging , noisy , miserable and dirty

Incredible location, right by Koh Tao beach and pier, really green and beautiful property. Basic rooms that do what they have to do, hot water and decent showers. Appreciated the washing lines to dry swimwear outside each cottage.
Unfortunately there were some sort of fleas or bedbugs. I woke up itching on my second night (2/3) and had to take an antihistamine. Thought initially that it was just mosquitoes on the island but being from India, I'm used to mosquitoes and it definitely wasn't the same thing. No one was there to speak to when I left around 9am, but that was really the only disappointing thing. Itching subsided only a few days after leaving Koh Rong.

The bungalows were super cute and the hammocks were a great addition. Especially during the thunderstorms (and blackouts) to sit outside and enjoy the rain was really relaxing.
The vibe here is very chilled and it's at the edge of the town but everything is within walking distance. The staff were really helpful with all our questions and helped us book a boat trip (which only had 4 people in total) and our bus back to Phnom Penh.
This accommodation is cheap but deffo worth it especially when we chatted with some people we met who were staying in other 'budget' accommodation, this one was miles better than the rest!
Highly reccomed a stay here.
The beds were quite hard and a little uncomfortable, the ac didn't appear to work (we didn't chase this up as the fan was enough for us) and there were a few Ants. However the staff put down some ant powder and were really helpful.

Het zijn leuke bungalows. De eigenaar is aardig en behulpzaam. Je hebt fijne hangmatten.
Je moet betalen voor de airco, hier hebben we $8 voor betaald en dit was het wel zeker waard!

- Perfect location! You’re very close to the main road for all the restaurants (2min walk), but it’s nice and quiet in the jungle.
- Best value for money on Koh Rong Island.
- Manager is very friendly and speaks English well.
- Huge private terrace with 2 hammocks (very clean and new)!
- Beautiful garden. Bungalows spread out so you don’t notice your neighbours.
- Mosquito net would have been nice. The bugs can get in through the wide cracks next to the door.
- An extra fan would have been nice. The ceiling fan wasn’t very powerful.
Weren’t major issues for us, I would highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are spacious, come with fans, mosquito nets, and hot water. Have porch with a balcony, and the staff is diligent about keeping a mosquito coil lit for you at all times. Friendly staff and easy check-in, they can sort anything from motorbike rental to tickets for you. Can't recommend them enough.

a part of our roof fell off during the storm, leading part of trees and rain inside our bungalow

I totally recommend staying here! The rooms are so spacious and cozy, equipped with fans and mosquito nets as well as those repellent incense spirals that they make sure to always be burning :)
The host family is exceptionally kind and friendly and I extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much. I expected there to be way more bugs and lizards like some reviews stated but it’s not a big deal at all! Also, it literally says JUNGLE, so I don’t think people should be complaining about that.

The nicest people, helpful with everything in the most interesting experience living in the jungle! When you choose to spend your time in a place like that it's going to be unique and extraordinary, and the staff makes the best!

Great location, super handy to the town. Staff gave us a welcome drink as they explained the best parts of the island and how to get there. Hired a Moped directly from them which was great. Great view from the room, nice peaceful spot.
Nothing.

Everything! It‘s located at Kaoh Touch (The main Pier/Beach of the Island) and just a 5 min walk from the Pier. The Area itself is secluded from the rest and you really feel as if you‘re in the Jungle! The Bungalows are lovely and well spaced and also got their own veranda + hammock. The owning family is more than welcoming and really helps you with everything!
All in all I had a fantastic stay, that’s why extended a few times :)
The power cuts, but it‘s not their fault since the electricity provider just messes everything up. In case of a power cut nearly the whole island is affected so you see: it‘s not on them. Furthermore it’s island life huh, so why bother with internet anyways

Not far from the pier, you can walk. Bungalow in nature. Silence, birdsong. You can relax in a hammock on the terrace.
Weak water pressure in the shower. There are many holes in the bungalow through which rats enter the room. They gnawed a hole in my backpack. I had to buy a new one

Being close to nature, having a hammock to hang out in.
Dogs barking at night, the garbage on the way to the resort.

The localatipn was really good, just a few minutes from the town and the beach.
The fact that they didn’t inform us about the monkeys whom ended up ripping our clothes from the clothing line apart. My panties are still in the tre so If you happen to get ahold of them, please do send them to me.

Terrible place! I do not recommend to anyone! It is not suitable for the life of civilized people, especially with children, it is dangerous to health. Dear islanders, God gave you such a beautiful island, why are you turning it into a trash can, how can you treat Mother Earth like that. What will you leave behind for future generations? People come to you, and you meet them with garbage. Clean up after yourself! Take care of nature and its gifts.

Fabulous husband and wife owners with great staff. Jungle location up the hill but only 5 mins from the beach. Hot water shower, comfy bed and clean room in cabin. Great balcony and hammock! Really feels like you're in the jungle with all the sounds, trees and smells.
Insect repellant burners really help keep the bugs at bay - and I'm usually bitten by mozzies all the time.
Food was good and also easy to book tours, bike, find out more information about the island and onward travel. Very informative and helpful owner. They even helped us back down to the pier by taking us and our bags on mopeds!
Nothing really - an exceptional stay. Please support small Cambodian family businesses like this, especially after the hardship of COVID!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful - providing a welcome drink and storing things in the fridge for us. The bungalow is located up a short hill from the main pier, next to plenty restaurants and bars. There is no AC in the bungalow however two fans were provided that were excellent - the bed is also covered by a mosquito net.
We had regular visits from a variety of jungle critters - ants, cockroaches, geckos and spiders. As this is a bungalow in the jungle this was expected, however as the bungalow is not sealed to the outside it does mean that intruders are a regular.
The wifi is not great and particularly slow.

The best place we've stayed in Cambodia! Rooms are big and spacious, very clean, hot shower. No mosquitos because the have repellent everywhere. But the best thing is the owner who was so helpful and caring. He helped us with everything we needed like tours and moto rentals, and always with a big smile :)

It was such a beautiful little cabin tucked just off the beach so nice and peaceful.
Hot water and mozzie coils burning constantly so never had one bite
The owner was wonderful. Helped with anything you needed. Even drive out baggage to the boat as we weren't leaving for a few hours after check out.
Breakfast was great. They also did lunch and dinner but we always ate on the beach

Beautiful surroundings and bungalows. The owner and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Great place to meet people and socialize if you are into that.

The host was amazing, most friendly and accommodating. Perfect location just up from the main pier.

We had such a fantastic time staying at Sweet Jungle Bungalows. We were met at the port by a member of staff who loaded our heaviest suitcase onto the back of a moped to lug it up the hill which was unexpected but hugely appreciated. We had a welcome drink (beer/soda) on arrival and check in was super fast and took only a few minutes. Our room was spacious and rustic but it had everything we needed. The wifi wasn't bad either for being on an island notorious for poor wifi signal, we were so happy. It was incredible to be surrounded by nature, we even had monkeys on our roof one morning which was such a buzz!
The shower was a little difficult to use at times and there were a few holes in the mosquito nets but it wasn't a major issue at all. I loved our stay here.

we stayed three nights and loved it here. The bungalows are in the jungle and are comfortable and clean, the family that run them are lovely and more than happy to help and offer advice. There’s a Hammock on the porch and in the room making the bungalow great for chilling and they are located less 5-6 minute walk from the main pier in the village. Really enjoyed our stay and is definitely one of the nicer places we stayed in in Cambodia.
We really enjoyed our stay, only one little issue was the ants that took over the toilet and had to be washed away before use. Not the owner or families fault at all, they are in the jungle after all!
