Lovely, quiet place in Anacapri.

Fantastic location and amazing views. The hosts are really nice and friendly. Very quiet and peaceful place. Walking distance to Anacapri center. Good breakfast served on the taras with the view.

Great night at Anacapri

Amazing reception by the host with great tips to enjoy the island! Great view to Anacapri and walking distance to the center. Farm House with nice cosy rooms. Best way to arrive is by bus/taxi and walk 1km but you get directions from the host. We suggest renting a scooter to move around.

Our stay at this B&B was nothing short of magical. The location was stunning (be prepared for a short uphill climb!), the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the host was so lovely and helpful. She went above and beyond during our stay, helping us book taxis, telling us about all the good spots, and surprising us with the best lemonade once we trekked up to our rooms. The view was unreal and we truly had no complaints. We can’t wait to come back one day!

Grappolo is such a gem in Anacapri! Maria ( the host) does not speak English but was so kind and we really had everything - from cimplimentary cakes to map with the best places to visit during our stay. The location is far from the center and of Anacapri ( 15 min walking) but the walk was even part of the experience. The narrow road is very beautiful and you get the real feeling of that island. Take care that the road from Anacapri to Grappolo is very narrow and most of the taxis from the Marina cannot drop you in front of the hotel. We were with two big luggages and the way up wasnt as easy. Nevertheless, a sure 10/10! Thank you, Maria

Perfection!

Everything 😍 Location is just perfect, just a 10 min walk to center of Anacapri and has the best and most beautiful view from the island on the terrace just outside the room. The sunsets are gorgeous. And terrace perfect for just relaxing and/or drinking prosecco and eating some local cheese at the end of the day.. Room is also very comfy. Maria is the most wonderful host and welcomed us with her delicious homemade cake and lemonade. She gave us also great tips on capri and how to get everywhere. She is the kindest and sweetest person. Breakfast is also exceptional with some more wonderful homemade cakes by Maria and we asked for salty breakfast too which Maria made omelets and fresh tomato from her yard. Grazie Maria per tutti! ❤

Thank you for your warm hospitality! Let us spend the best holiday. It is like a fairy tale of a estate, fruit trees and flowers of all kinds, all kinds of exquisite sculptures, and a big beautiful sea view balcony. The view no matter day or night is beyond the expectation of beauty! Everything that Grandma made are really, really good! I don't want to leave. I want to live here all the time and eat different cakes every day. And the grandmother's warm neighbor picked fresh fruits from the tree and gave them to us when we were just passing by. The fruits were amazing and also very sweet! If there is a chance we will certainly come to live again!!

The location was excellent with a wonderful terrace. The panorama was extraordinary and the sunset just in front of us. The owner, signora Maria, and her daughter Angela are so nice and friendly, always ready to help with a big smile. For breakfast we had delicious homemade cake.

If you are looking for stunning views of the bay, and truly authentic local hospitality look no further. Maria is the nonna from Capri you didn't know you had! She is the quintessential Southern Italian nonna: warm, welcoming, attentive, caring, and - needless to say - a masterchef! Maria will give you all the tips on what to do and, more importantly, what NOT to do in Capri and Anacapri. And the icing is the cake is having Maria's breakfast on the terrace with unbeatable views of the bay, spanning across Ischia, Procida, Pozzuoli, Napoli, and Sorrento. Have you booked yet?

Save your piece of paradise in Anacapri

We are a couple and we have been staying at Il Grappolo for more than one week in July 2020. We have been so happy of our staying that we’ll never forget these days. We had the sea-view room with the direct access to a reserved part of the terrace, and I can assure it’s all cost, clean, well maintained. We’ve spent a lot of time just sitting in the terrace sofa enjoining the great view over the town and the sea and the great weather. The owner was preparing memorable breakfasts for us (try asking Maria for a salty breakfast and get the fresh tomato and onion they grown in their farm...), ands treated us very well and was helpful with suggestions and even some medicaments we needed. The location could be remote for someone, just requiring ten minute walk in the hill to the bus, taxi or town center, but the view from the place deserves the little physical exercise. Also, Anacapri it is way a better place than Capri to relax and enjoy nature and peace.

We think everything was pretty good.
