Magical place.

Staff were excellent, breakfast was great and the view from literally every where in the hotel was outstanding. Very quiet location so if you get tired of the crowds you can walk back to the oasis of beauty and calm and reboot.

Walls in the rooms are very thin so noise can be disturbing.

Um hotel charmoso e bem localizado.

O atendimento foi o mais importante, era nossa primeira vez e há muitas coisas para saber andar entre Caprì e Anacapri. Em segundo lugar a vista! O hotel é bem localizado e possui uma boa estrutura. O banheiro é ainda mais bonito de perto e a ducha é excelente. Em relação a piscina, estava frio e não aproveitamos. Eu voltou com certeza.

O café da manhã é limitado de opções. Foram apenas dois dias e já me senti repetindo muito.

Excelent location, easy to reach Faro di Punta Carena, Belvedere di Migliara and Anacapri center by foot , gorgeous view, friendly staff. The pool area is nice and the bus station for Capri is very close.

Il Girasole : a quiet place & a good ratio between price and quality

Superb view over the sea and the island of Ischia. We have enjoyed : the hotel shuttle, the welcoming of all the staff (especially Domenico !), terraces, the pool area, the room cleanliness, the bathroom. A very quiet place !

The slippery floor of the terrace (in places) when it rains !

Stunning location, overlooking the sea and a great spot to watch the sunset. Staff friendly and informative. 10-15 minute walk into Anacapri which was fine by me. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Anacapri!

Even in bad weather Il Girasole can warm the heart.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, with full minibar. The view is gorgeous from Il Girasole even though our room didn't have a direct view on the sea. The breakfast is relatively rich and excellent quality.

Perfect vibes

The staff was amazing! So nice and helpful amazing people The pool, the view is just perfect It’s a walking like 10 minutes to center on annacapri and bus few minutes to capri The vibe is amazing didn’t want to leave!!!!

very nice gem in Anacapri - Highly recommend it!!!

Superb experience. Communication during the booking process was perfect. We booked the shuttle and we were picked up upon our arrival even if we had to wait 45’ for all guests to arrive. it’s super clean, the room was nice and cosy and the airco worked well. The breakfast was a 5/5 as we had a vast choice of local sweets and delicious coffee. We benefited from the swimming pool and its sundeck on our last afternoon. The staff was very professional and very kind. They even managed to organize us a last minute private boat trip around the island.

it could be renovated and it’s a bit away from the city (10’ walk)

Charming little hotel with attentive and friendly staff.

Excellent views from the pool and some of the rooms (especially sunset). Only a short walk into the lovely town of Anacapri. The restaurants around this location are also top notch!

Nice accommodations in Anacapri.

It was really cute and they provided transportation from marina grande which was great. The front desk arranged dinner for us at a place that picked us up and we really enjoyed that.

My only small complaint, which isn’t even a complaint, is that the pool doesn’t have a shallow end. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed it a lot.

Fabulous! I absolutely loved this hotel!

The views from the pool and the terrace were stunning, especially at sun set. The complimentary transfer from the ferry to the hotel was a real bonus as the taxi line was huge.

The bed had an extra topper on it but made the whole bed dip in the middle as it was 2 singles pushed together.

Wonderful Staff and Beautiful Views

-the view, especially sunset, and the landscaping are really a highlight of this place -the staff was very friendly, especially Domenico, and gave great info on Anacapri and Capri -the boat tour suggested by staff -shuttle service from and to marina grande included -pool temperature and outdoor furniture -the continental breakfast was awesome and coffee made-to-order -comfortble bed -clean

-the photos don't quite give an accurate idea of the hotel itself--the rooms, at least my room, was not very aesthetically pleasing, a little shabby, and the pool is smaller than I thought, but it was never crowded. It's just a more quaint place than I was expecting. -it's a little walk to the bus stop, but not too bad -i thought there was a restaurant on-site (my fault, I assumed)--there is a snack bar by the pool that's open 12 to 8, but I was told at 3 PM one day there was no food, which meant I had to walk into town to the bar for a sandwich. Normally, no biggie, but I was so exhausted after a long day. -poor phone service and ZERO wifi if you are in your room
