EL SERVICIO ES DE PRIMERA, MUY AMABLES TODOS
4.0
El lugar limpio y la vista
Cumple lo que pone todo bien
3.0
Que se respetan las reglas, y se puede dormir en tranquilidad. El desayuno es básico en relación al precio.
La ducha no sirve, el chorro de la ducha se esparce por todo lado. Falta gancho para colgar la toalla.

very central and friendly staff
No hot water in the men’s; hot water and water pressure disappeared in the women’s when another shower was in use.
Breakfast consisted of a brown water coffee, and one day the fruit was inedible.
Thin walls with people loud until 2am one night. There seem to be comparable options in terms of price — I would go with one of those.

Great central location, friendly staff, shared bathrooms very clean and decent kitchen. On top of that nice view from a terrace and a good chilling area with large sofas.
The hostel is located in beautiful old building with high ceilings and large rooms that were diveded into smaller (but not small!) ones. Unfortunately, the dividing walls are so thin that one can hear every word said in a room next door. Earplugs are a must.

Great value for a single room. Very quiet and the building felt very clean and modern. Kind staff.

Location, breakfast, room, price, but the best was the exceptional members of the staff!!!
Noisy people, especially during the weekend

The staff were mostly very friendly. We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the street. Very comfortable and clean. Facilities were good - book swap, TV, basic kitchen, lounge and roof garden with great views, good showers with hot water. Breakfast was nice (bread with eggs and banana). We had a nice time here and recommend!
More hobs in the kitchen would be useful (there are only 4 for such a big hostel) and maybe some oil and spices/ salt and pepper!

Great terrace!
could use shelfs, hooks, etc in showers for clothes/possessions.

noisy during the night

Omar and the staff were great!
A bit noisy as the rooms don't isolate. But earplugs fixed everything ;-)

the staff was amazing. everyone was so kind and welcoming. the hostel is in a great walking location too.
our room was by the street and extremely loud throughout the day and night. the traffic never stops and sounds carry through the building. also, they had almost no vegan-friendly options for breakfast. it would be nice if they could do a veggie dish or something for vegans.

Staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. When they found out I would be staying there for a month, they went out of their way to move me into a room with a better view. It seemed like there was someone cleaning at every hour of the day and they were always available to answer questions. Wifi was excellent. I was working online at the time. I never once lost signal or had a failure in quality.
No television in the room.

The staff was super nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable there. For the prize, it was a very good hotel with perfect location.
4.5
Clean hostel with possibilities to cook

Wi-Fi it’s not working in the rooms
2.5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Even though the toilets were shared, they were kept clean.
Posted quiet hours are ignored. The building echos noise very easily, floors squeak loudly when people entered the building after 3:00 AM. Non smoking rules were ignored, and the smell entered my room. It was impossible to shower unless you brought a bathrobe, since it's a shared space with no changing area. Only slept 4 hours a night.

When I had a problem with my room (wrong plug adapter for the sockets) the staff tried their best & found me a different room the same day, which was a total upgrade from the basic room I had previously
Very basic all-round

Excellent value for money, does exactly what it needs to do! Nice terrace and fantastic location. Not luxury but functional.
Agree with other reviews - rooms can be a bit loud and breakfast could be more varied, but it was fine during our stay of 3 nights (over a weekend).

Everything!! Great place located perfectly.
Good price. Excellent WiFi. Perfect location. Hot water. Beautiful view from roof terrace. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. There is nothing to complain about.

Very good location, loundry service.
Lack of parking, no hangers and no chairs in the room.

+ great location, everything easy walking distance
+ we thought breakfast was decent for the price, coffee, egg roll and banana
+ rooms were big with sinks in
+ nice rooftop
- felt quite run down, has potential but huge building with lots of empty rooms
- kitchen utensils and facilities VERY basic and not great
- bed was really uncomfy (double bed almost like a sofa bed), very firm
- pillows also not great, bobbled and had a
blood stain on- but was able to swap
- seemed understaffed, not always someone at reception when needed
4.0
Beautiful rooftop with mountain view.
There is no towels provided for rooms with shared bathroom.

Central location, just a block away from the main plaza. Breakfast was nice. Toilets were really clean at all times.
You could hear everything from the neighbouring room, but I guess it's not hostel's fault that people have loud phone conversations in the middle of the night.
4.0
Good atmosphere, there's a kitchen where you can cook, nice common spaces and rooftop
Wifi is really bad unless you are next to the room, breakfast is a bit basic
