Lack of coffee making facilities in the rooms. Some personnel did not behave too kindly

My family had a great time and really enjoyed the spacious room, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. They were able to accomodate requests we made for our 1yr old which we really appiciated.

Staff are supportive, property is clean and calm, and food (breakfast and room service) is good quality.

Not many restaurants or bars nearby. As mentioned in the hotel name, 'only' golf and sea visitors find the location of property very convenient.

clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. good sized rooms with balcony. close to shops and 30 mins walk to beach. price was very reasonable great size pool. I really enjoyed my stay

Luxurious .

D.Rosalia the resort manager was excepcional. Received me upon arrival and welcomed me. Ensured I had access to whatever was required and treated me very warmly. Another member of staff that was very pleasant was Patricia. I had a situation where I was not feeling too well and has a nose bleed. A member of staff came to supervise me and provided some ice cubes, I am not sure of her name , she is a young female. I would like to thank her for her attention. The resort is beautiful.

The room was good, but the service was terrible.

The hotel has very good facilities and perfect room and view.

The staffs I encountered with during my stay had too little sense of offering good service. After we eat the breakfast from the hotel, me and my two friends all got food poisoned sympathy. Because of that we have to cancel the trip scheduled. Even when we pointed out that the food there may have some problems. They are not trying to solve the problem or figure out what went wrong just in case next accident. what I felt was that they didn’t care the client got sick from their food and they have no proper training to deal with this kind of case at all. So at last I accepted that they refund us one breakfast price €16 which we didn’t eat due to the sickness from yesterday!

Fur coat and no knickers!

Very spacious, clean, modern hotel. Rooms well appointed, we had a balcony over looking the gardens. Pool area good, with padded loungers. Breakfast was great, loads of choice.

Bed too soft, I woke up with backache both mornings. We booked a table in the restaurant for 7.30 at the main reception. When we arrived at the restaurant, they did not have our reservation. They gave us a table but told us if we had been half an hour later we could not have eaten!! Dinner was overpriced for small portions, staff poorly trained, menu full of meaningless titles with no explanation of the dishes and the staff did not know what they were. It's a beautiful hotel but the inadequately prepared staff let it down badly.
