Great location to explore the city. We enjoyed our stay.

We were warmly greeted at the door to the propertyand the various keys explained. There are some internal stairs to navigate. The proprty facilities were fully explained. The shower is amazing. The Kitchen was great.

Fabulous charming apartment

Great location for centre of old town . A great mixture of old charm with every modern convenience provided in the apartment . Guilia explained everything very clearly and left handbooks about things to do and the history of Bologna which were very useful and enjoyable

This was a very central, clean and comfortable apartment in central Bologna, which helped us fall in love with this city

The location, the hosts, the air conditioning!

There is no lift, which is fine, but be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.

Wonderful gem in the middle of Bologna

I loved that it was so centrally located but incredibly quiet and peaceful. I also felt safe as it is discreet and you need to go through several doors (3 with keys) to get access. It had a lot of the amenities and also a couple of lovely welcome treats ! The host was welcoming and very helpful. comfortable bed and thank heavens for the (quiet) AC.

The sofa in the main living room is not very comfortable, if would be nice(r) to get a 2-3seater sofa set (sleeper sofa). Some more explanations on how to use the oven. Add a microwave ?

It was so comfortable and so convenient we wished we could have stayed there longer to enjoy more of this fabulous city.

All rooms were decorated to a high standard and really comfortable. The little touches - good coffee and tea, milk, breakfast supplies - made us feel really at home. The building was quiet, the blinds were effective for a good nights’ sleep and the location was in a great, central spot with good access to different neighbourhoods.

Perfect spot to stay after being in hotels, it gives you some flexibility to do some washing and cook from the apartment!

My wife didn't mind the pillow, I prefer something bigger.

this property is absolutely beautiful with every facility you will need. Sabina is an incredible host and was very helpful during our stay. the property is modern, clean and in a great central location within walking distance of great restaurants in Bologna

there is some stairs however it’s not a lot and easily managed.

Excellent well provided apartment

One of the best apartment I've stayed in. I'm sorry I didn't get to know Sabina, the owner, but Lara, the lady who checked me in was very nice. The apartment is big, spotless, very nice decorated, with a big TV, wi-fi went very well. I loved the bed linnen, so soft. The shower was a jacuzzi, with changing lights and music. The kitchen is very well provided, with plenty of table ware and cookery, the stove and microwave easy to use. There were plenty of coffee pods, biscuits, jam and nutella and a chocolate and a bottle of proseco as welcome gift. The location is perfect, 10 min to city center on Ugo Bassi street, plenty of shops, Mercato del Erbe and Coop and Pam near by. The Stazione Centrale is a convenient 18 min walk.

Not a problem at all for me, but for those with impaired mobility there are two flight of stairs. I would add a full size mirror.

Lived up to expectations and more! Probably one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in. Super clean and spacious. Centrally located, so close to all the places of interest and restaurants. Loved our stay here.

Best b&b ever

Everything was nice. The apartment is perfect. You got everything you need. Clean, comfy, warm if you need it. We came with a baby and we adjusted the temperature how we wanted. The rooms look very nice and modern. The bathroom is big with a very nice jacuzzi shower. The bad in the bedroom is very big and comfy. 5 minutes waking to the city main square. If you are looking for an accommodation in Bologna do not hesitate. Choose this!

Wonderful comfortable stay in great location for a a visit to the centre of Bologna.

Incredibly quiet location in a central part of Bologna. Sabina greeted us and showed us around and explained everything and was very helpfull. She let us leave later than the official time to fit in with our schedule too which was really kind. The apartment was incredibly well provided for - milk, juice, butter and lots of water in the fridge, jams, coffee, teas, muffins and a bottle of fizzy - which made us feel very welcomed and saved us a lot of trouble. Excellent shower. The bed had one of those foam mattresses which seem to remember your shape which I don't like but my husband was perfectly happy and there was an extra pillow (most places only have one) which was a bonus. Good air conditioning too. The sitting room/kitchen/dining was plenty big enough and comfortable and we cooked most of our meals( excellent covered market nearby). Good washing machine and iron. Useful when you are on a long trip.

Only the mattress but I am very fussy and as I said my husband was fine with it. There was nothing else to dislike. We were very happy. Sabina was really helpful.

The location was fabulous 10 minute walk to historic centre and 20 to station. Everything you could possibly need was provided including tea,coffee,milk, cakes and a welcome bottle of prosecco. Comfy bed and quiet apartment complex. Nothing negative to say.

Perfect location even for a longer stay in Bologna.

Very comfortable and very quiet apartment near the city center (5mins to walk). You can sleep with windows open. Very clean and well equipped. Sabina is a very welcoming and friendly host. Heartily recommended!!

Sabrina's apartment was immaculate, beautiful and fabulously equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and there was a washing machine, which we weren't expecting but very much appreciated. Sabina was lovely, communicated very well and even carried my suitcase for me. It is also in a fantastic location. Our favourite apartment so far in our 7 week trip around Europe. Would not hesitate to recommend. 😁

Our host, Sabina, was amazing. She prepared muffins, coffee, milk, fruit juices in the apartment to welcome us. Beauty Case is a very comfortable apartment. It is clean, air conditioned (a plus in summer) and fully furnished with everything else you would need. We used the washing machine to do our laundry, cooked, and watched Netflix in the evenings after a long day out. Apartment is well located within minutes walking distance to many places of interest in Bologna and yet quiet at night for a good night's sleep. We couldn't ask for more.

Just what we needed. Perfection.

After a week in hotel we wanted some time to ourselves. This was absolutely perfect. On the outskirts of the old historic city, 5 minute walk from the central square, and we cannot emphasize enough just how much we enjoyed our stay - except for temperature of 39 degrees! We were also given Prosecco and chilled water, nice touch.

Apartment is very well equipped with modern facilities. Great location only a 5 minute bus ride from the station and 10 minute walk to all the main sights of central Bologna. Sabina was a very welcoming host and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants/bars when we arrived.

The property is spacious, very well decorated and has all you would need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Sabina, was really helpful before and during our stay providing an excellent information sheet about Bologna. The apartment is perfectly located, only a short walk to the city centre and is very quiet in the evening. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone and look forward to returning one day.

Immaculate apartment in a great location

A beautiful, immaculate apartment, right in the historic centre, very close to all the attractions. Had everything you might need & there was an even a bottle of fizz, some cakes & breakfast goodies waiting for us. Our host, Sabine, was incredibly welcoming & helpful. She was also very kind when we had a mishap with a taxi.
