Zen apartments are very cosy and comfortable, excellent for family stays

I would have preferred a electronic access

Disappointing

The property is clean, however it does’nt have A/c and no free ventilation.. which made it hot as hell in the summer… the staff were able to cancel my additional nights after a bit of persuasion… I think they try well.. but should seriously look into either getting an AC.

Not worth the money.

Relatively close to Heathrow.

Hide-a-bed was filthy. Overall, cleanliness lacking. No air conditioning. If windows open, it's a busy, noisy street with traffic and people hanging around on the sidewalk.

it was spacious, easily accessible to transport, bedding nice and clean, quiet, another small sofa in front room would be good

only one toilet roll between all of us?!! nothing to dry dishes, no bin bags or bin liners, EXTREMELY hot - no air conditioning. sofa beds uncomfortable :-(

Size wise - good. Cleanliess wise - not so good.

The flat was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The wifi was good as well - there was a fan and an ironing board.

The sheets stank when we walked in. Prior to moving in the hosts kept whatsapping me, trying to get me to convert the booking.com booking to a direct booking to get an early/late check in. They were very insistent on getting me to change my booking which caused a lot of stress and anxiety. However given how necessary it was to find a place to stay we did not push back. There was no cleaning or change of sheets for the whole weeks we were there, and the sheets were dirty and smelly when we got there. When inquired about a cleaning they said it would cost 45 quid more! Again, as it was imperative we had a place to stay while moving house, I did not want to contact them. There were greasy plates stacked up inside the kitchen cupboards that we had to wash before using. It was pretty disgusting.

Car park is back alley which was flooded, Bath chipped and tap leaking, Kitchen had a wall tile missing with exposed wiring behind it, Outside door glass broken and door wasn't closed when we arrived, As you arrived you saw cleaning products in and on lockers for bed bugs; didn't inspire me with confidence,

a comfortable basic acommodation to stay in for short term, particularly if you want to cook at home.

Plenty of room, large fridge, washing machine, plenty of space for all of us, and a spacious kitchen and dining table. small supermarket next door was convenient

I had to message the property for four days for them to fix the sink which was plugged when we arrived. they fixed it the last day. brushing our teeth in the bathtub was a bit annoying but that’s the only complaint I have.

Great attention and perfect stay for our family

We were left stranded in London with no explanation or help from British Airways. All other airlines were operating normally, we were told that due to weather conditions our flight was cancelled and our luggage would not be returned. We were expected to fend for ourselves with two children and no luggage. I cannot praise enough the constant attention via whatsapp. We booked for one night until we were told we would need two. They did everything possible to ensure we would stay both nights in the same appartment and were constantly in touch to see if anything else was needed or if they could be of any help. Location was great. Near Heathrow and with a bus stop right in front of the building and a supermarket on the corner.

The sofa bed was a bit small for two children of 9 and 12 and we had no extra bed clothing to ensure one of them could sleep on the sofa. Maybe (as a suggestion) they could leave extra sheets and blankets in the appartment for reservations made for families of 4.

Loved the stay, perfect for small family holiday in London!

Parking was nightmare. two cars are parked which occupied most of the parking lot due to bad parking! One of them belongs to the owner.

I was very uncomfortable with the heat and the bright light coming thru under the shades in

The property is right on a bus line that takes you to the airport although proprietor wasn’t very helpful with bus information. So I had to take a $60 taxi ride the first day until I figured things out. property was very clean with modern appliances and somewhat comfortable bed.

I would recommend against going during the summer if it’s going to be hot because the unit I stayed in was on the top floor and it was unbearably hot, with no AC. there are skylight windows but those have to be kept closed to keep out the light. even so, the shades do not come all the way down over the windows, leaving about an inch gap, so a lot of light comes through in the morning and woke me up. also, there is not a good seal around the skylight windows so there is a lot of street noise. didn’t sleep well at all.

it was a truly awful experience

dirty. had not been cleaned since the previous guest. this was evident with the full dustbin, dirty sheets unmade beds. to make matters worse we suffered from bedbugs in both beds. it was. atrufly awful experience

Good place to stay for a few nights.

It was close to the airport and had bus stops within a block of the property. Kitchen had things we needed, and the wash machine worked to do our laundry. Couldn't find the iron and messaged the property. Had someone come to check and then received and iron in less than one hour.

To get to the top apartment the stairs are very narrow and steep. It was hard to get larger bags up the stairs. The washing machine is a European version (washer/dryer in one) so plan on 5 hours to do one load of clothes. I don't think we've ever had pillows as flat as the ones in this apartment. Don't see how four adults could sit at one time around the table. Perfect place for two people though. Just know that this is on the flight path and next to a busy street so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

I do not want to recommend this place to anyone...

The location was good for being close to the airport and to get to central London.

When we arrived we were shocked as it was not clean. There were not enough towels (hand towels and no bath mat). The wardrobe in the bed room had full of stuff, even used socks were hanging in the cupboard. Kitchen was filthy, oven was so dirty did not want to use, all the surfaces had food stains. Cupboard in the kitchen was so messy. Dish washer was completely full.Toaster was covered with bread crumbs. Toiletries were provided but not the whole set. Even though they provide laundry machine, there was no laundry rack to hang the laundry. There was a pin stuck on the head board of the bed. When I read the reviews it said family friendly, but their car park is far from the entrance and as soon as entering the building the staircase was long and was very difficult to carry 3 children and the luggage as well as the buggy. The door to our apartment the key was very stiff to open and was not easy.

Disappointing

Large flat. Handy for the airport.

Absolutely no love has gone into this place and your comfort as a guest feels right down in the priority of the people who let it. it’s sparsely and cheaply furnished and not very clean (there were some “bodily fluids” splattered on the wardrobe door mirror that I ended up cleaning off myself in fear they thought it was me!). No shower screen or curtain in the bathroom and no ironing board so couldn’t press my shirts for work. it’s above a pizza takeaway and the bedroom had a huge neon sign directly outside the window flooding the room with unwanted light. The block is equally unloved with cleaning equipment just dumped in the hallways. With a bit of love and effort, this place could be excellent but as it is, I could not recommend in fact, I left after the 2nd night and went elsewhere as I couldn’t face a third night staying there.
