Mario on reception, an asset to the hotel, very helpful, and a lovely guy. Comfortable beds, powerful shower, beautiful views, a clean and well maintained pool and pool area, well kept and peaceful garden, and excellent cleanliness.
The location. A little remote, difficult to find using Apple Maps and booking.com location map. ‘What Three Words’ would be useful.

The location was good but you need a car
No air-conditioning on arrival, very noisy due to a party hold at the hotel, the wiue of the room with just one window was not nice at all.

It was lovely, beautiful building and great staff.

Wonderful pool with Roman styled elements. It was opened from early morning to midnight, so we could bathe several times a day. The room was not very big, but you got everything you need. It was clean and smelled good. Some rooms got a veranda, but not the one we got. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of italian and continental foods and drinks. The streets around the hotel are not very beautiful, but once you get inside the gate it's like a little haven. The hotel building has a mix of wood and stone and looks nice and stylish. The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers, bushes and palm trees. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quiet and peaceful place. Good aircondition.
Garbage on the surrounding streets. Beds a bit hard. Drain in the sink a bit closed up. Not the best pressure in the shower.

swimming pool was fabulous. restaurants attached to hotel were good value for money and great food. Room cleaning was done daily. distance from train data took was only about a 20 minute walk but in 36c heat it was too much . definitely need a car.
breakfasts were limited and had run out if you went later in the morning and it wasn’t replenished. it was in a bit of a run down area. I felt safe enough though being a single mum with 2 teenagers.

Great location, nice and helpful stuff.
There were some private loud parties at the property.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was spacious and kept clean at all times. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. The mini fridge in the room was a blessing.
The only thing we noticed was that if one went to breakfast after 8.30 am, some of the savory food ran out and it was not replenished.
A little more attention is needed for routine maintenance. Our room had a burnt lamp and the toilet seat was loose, everything else was functional.

Lovely hotel with a real friendly feel. The staff were unfailingly cheerful and went out of their way to help - particular thanks to Mario and Sabina for making our stay so successful and helping put with our travel arrangements. Room was great, very clean, pool and gardens beautiful and I loved the fields opposite full of vegetables and lemon trees!
I would have liked some eggs for breakfast

your restaurant - we will be back : ))
Too much cakes and cookies

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everybody speaks English. If somebody books a room with half-board, it means, you have to go to the restaurant Antichi Sapori (100 m away). The restaurant has a cosy, friendly atmosphere, the dishes were delicious, but the menu there is only available in Italian.
The room was a little bit smaller than we had thought before our arrival.

Wooman on the reception was excellent. Very good breakfast. Very nice garden and pool. Beautiful cosy hotel. Really recommend. Reality is nicer than photos.
Bed was not comfortable.

Nothing
Where do I begin! location was in a very run down area with nothing, I mean nothing near by. The room was dated and tired, Bed was horrendously uncomfortable, we hardly slept, but that wasn’t just down to the bed. We were in room 2 (avoid at all costs) which is adjacent to reception and it appears that zero, I mean zero consideration is given to residents as there was constant talking past midnight. on top of this we had a knock at the door from the loud receptionist asking if someone could come through our room and jump across a balcony to there room as they were locked out??? I said don’t you have another key and apparently they don’t, ridiculous!!! then there was breakfast, well excuse me but that was awful, the coffee was bitter, selection poor and guests that looked like they had come out of a horror film staring at us, not enjoyable believing we had two heads each. I read other reviews after staying at this place and was not surprised to see so many 1’s but shocked to see the higher scores. Note, I rarely do reviews but my wife and I are spending 14 nights in Italy in 11 different places, this hotel had to be mentioned for its dire, dirty and loud ways. Nearly forgot, the bathroom absolutely stank of sewage, I mean really bad. Pay more find better don’t put your money in this place, I wish I’d created and demanded a refund, not like me but wish I had.

Lovely Hotel in a beautiful location, spacious comfortable rooms, run by honest people that look after your every need. The affiliated Restaurant had good food with great service at an excellent price. The location of the hotel meant you were never more than a hour from each major tourist spot so a perfect base for our whole stay in the area.

Typical breakfast in a nice dining room.
No lighting in hall near our door. Plenty safe but hard to open.

Very beautiful house, decoration, garden. Great restaurant. Friendly staff.
The doors closed with a noisy magnetic system, and the matress was too hard for my back.
3.0
I liked the old fashioned charm of the hotel, the pool is very nice and clean and the garden is lovely. The fridge and airconditioning in the room worked very well. The hotel has nothing much of interest in the immediate area, but is very well located for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. It is also within 35 minutes drive of Naples airport.
The staff were not UNfriendly and attended to our needs when asked but were not exactly warm either.
The balcony and the floor in the room could definitely have been cleaner, the shower didn't hang properly on the wall and had to be handheld and the wifi barely worked in our room.
