Quiet homey apartment in a very good location

East Residences is in a very good, calm and safe neighborhood, there are many public facilities, restaurants and cafes nearby. City Plaza Mall 10 minutes on foot, MRT stop 3 minutes. The building is a 30-story skyscraper with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The room was very clean and well equipped, just like in the pictures. We loved staying here, it was like being a local resident instead of a tourist.

There is no shampoo and shower gel. Only soap.

The best hotel in this part of town for sure !

excellent location and connection to transports, rooftop bar is one of the few around and is cool, harbor views are astonishing, staffis gentle and polite.

Smelly room

the room smelled weird, like the stink from drains and probably the rooms was not opened for customer for quite some times. I opened the air purifer for my whole 2-night stay but the smell stayed. A very unpleasant experience.

Stay in an apartment rather than a hotel

The staff were extremely professional and helpful, unfortunately I was on the 12th floor and had to keep my curtains drawn as people in the offices were able to observe my every move. The location was convenient for all my needs but I think I will stay at the East Hotel in future rather than the apartment.

nice place but maybe they need to consider Internatianal customers a little more

good location and nicely designed room, staff were kind to assist with my printing needs

international TV channels seem to show for a few minutes but then stop shortly afterwards because no subscription for the international channels. also after staying for 10 days only 2 days cleaning was not really sufficient

Very happy with our comfortable stay

The laundry facilities were much appreciated! Very helpful staff! Great wifi. Very easy location for transportation– super close to Quarry Bay MTR/tram line. Our little boy LOVED the dinosaurs. ;)

Swire always delivers

Very good value, we normally stay at Upperhouse but wasn’t possible this time. Needed to rearrange the room to accommodate our 13 month old but all great. Staff exceptional as always
