LOCATION:
Paradise Villa is situated on a residential street to the back of Benidorm in Spain. 25 mins walk from two championship 18 hole golf courses (Villaitana Golf) also being close to Terra Natura/Mitica theme parks and water park makes travelling to Benidorm very easy with a bus stop at the end of the street or a Taxis ride of roughly 10 euro's getting you anywhere in Benidorm. Grocery shopping couldn't be easier too with a small supermarket at the end of the street and ALDI 11min walk (see map picture for more local amenities).

We all had a great time staying at this property, there was plenty of room for the 12 of us, Our 5 Grandchildren were aged between 2 & 14 and had a blast in the 2 pools. The Wi-Fi was great considering there were 13 devices linked to it!. Overall a great holiday

Had all questions answered by Roy the host, due to flight changes we arrived early and were able to use one room prior to arranged check in time, likewise on check out we were allowed to use one room. Steve and Graham looked after us. We had a problem with a water leak reported to a Steve he dealt with it straight away. Would recommend the Villa to friends and family

We had a lovely stay at the Paradise Villa! Our group of two grandparents, four parents, and four children under 5 were all extremely comfortable for our entire weekâs stay. The kids loved the childrenâs pool, and we all enjoyed the larger pool during the daytime.
The house was large enough that each group had their own wing, and the seating areas were sufficient for our large group. The pool table, ping pong table, and jacuzzi were all a bonus, that were used nearly every night.
The host, housekeeper, and maintenance man were all extremely friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had very quickly.
Weâre all already talking about when weâre going to revisit!

The villa is exactly as described, was a great family space for the 12 adults we had staying. We had age ranges from 19 to 74 and the villa had something for everyone. Pool and outside space was great, sun all day. All beds comfy and we cooked BBQs outside and cooked fry up most mornings in the kitchen.
Short âŹ10 taxi and your in the heart of benidorm.
Roy was great for comms as was Steve on the ground.
We really enjoyed the villa and would reccomend.

Fabulous villa with excellent communication from Roy, Steve and Simon.
There was 16 of us in total with 2 babies, 2 toddlers and 1 child, the rest adults. Plenty of space and bathrooms to choose from, 2 living rooms with tvs and lots of outdoor space with lovely pool/ entertainment.
Only let down for us was the weather (but we did go in march)
30 min walk to benidorm beach front which was easy, and taxis cost about 8/12 euro.
Would come again but in better weather, but overall cannot fault the villa!

Fantastic villa with everything you need great pool and games area. Good comunications between roy and steve. Great all you can eat and drink Chinese for 16.50 euro 15 min walk from villa.
My family throughly enjoyed the holiday.
Only negatives for me was the vrbo app is rubbish struggled to make payments and taxis were hard to sort for 14 people.

The villa was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, tidy, the pool area was perfect (yes I know Iâve used perfect twice but no other superlative needed) & in an ideal location.
My only recommendation would be for another umbrella/parasol in the sun lounger area but thatâs just my observation.

Had a fabulous family break, something for everyone pool table was a big hit, pool was perfect size and not too deep for the little ones. Had a couple of issues with the filter on the pool but was quickly sorted out. The villa was well equipped and bbq was a great addition. The aldi supermarket was within walking distance with another supermarket a bit further away
slightly cheaper but if you get a taxi back can get more in one go! With burger bars and kfc at the end of the road. If you prefer more tapas restaurant's and bars the old town in benidorm about 7 euro or the more tourist part on the strip for 8euro will give you all you will need. Never went to the beach as it way way to hot during the day but looked lovely in the evening.could not find any fault with our trip, Steve and Graham were very pleasant and so approachable answering any questions we had. All in all would 100% recommend

Beautiful villa set in a good location for families, great size and plenty of room for everyone.
KFC and Burger King a 2 minute walk away. Aldi is a bit far to walk in the heat but we got a taxi no problem.
Roy the host was very helpful and kind and answered any queries we had straight away.
I would maybe recommend the maintenance guy check in mid week to check the pool as it went a bit murky, I thought Iâd messaged Steve but maybe sent it to the wrong number

Great layout for a family group, could split off easily into 3 areas which worked well, with parent's and little ones downstairs, ideal for pool so the were not up and stairs all the time. All in all a great villa, away from the bustle of Benidorm town but a short drive or longer walk if you want to be in town. Plenty of shops for groceries, some in walking distance. Friendly team looking after place and easy communications with Roy the owner.

Itâs about a 45 min walk into centre of Benidorm downhill taxi back cost between 7-10 euros if you donât fancy the uphill walk.
Nice quiet area to stay and recommend trying the Chinese buffet a short walk away lovely food we even had a takeaway one evening.
Would happily stay here again if we return in the future

There were 12 of us staying at Villa Paradise ages ranging from 21 to 81 and what a fantastic space it was ⊠enough rooms to have some privacy if needed and two lounges one with a table big enough for us to sit around playing cards etc âŠ. Lovely big kitchen which was enough for our needs âŠ.
I have to give a huge shout out to Roy the property owner for his excellent communication before our departure⊠nothing was too much trouble so I thank you kindly for that Roy
We were met by Steve who explained all there was to know and didnât really need to bother him again but he did give us the name of a great all you can eat and drink Chinese restaurant up the road by Aldi (Bamboo) food was great âŠ
The pool area is superb with enough sun loungers for everyoneâŠ. The games area was well used too âŠ. All in all an amazing villa which I wouldnât hesitate to recommend⊠two small negatives . One ⊠ladies ( of which there was 8 ) would have liked small bins for cotton balls wipes etc it was a pain walking upstairs every time you needed to put something in the bin ⊠secondly ( and we did chat to Steve about it ) pads for the sun loungers ⊠especially as there were 4 or 5 elderly persons and they couldnât actually lie in the little bit of sun we had !! Other than that we all had and enjoyed a fantastic time at Paradise Villa

We had a great family holiday at Paradise Villa, 13 of us ranging in age from 6 to 85.
The villa was fairly basic but has everything you need. My grandma who is wheelchair bound was able to be wheeled in around the back of the villa, and had easy access to her bedroom and bathroom from there. The kitchen is upstairs so she couldnât go there but we looked after her so all worked well for us.
Benidorm is a downhill 40 minute walk away and a 10 euro taxi home.
The downside of the villa is the lack of shade around the pool- if there was an awning or some kind or permanent gazebo it would really elevate the villa for us. Additionally I think the fridge freezer could do with being replaced as it didnât keep anything really cold (ice lollies were melting in the freezer) and even better again, an additional fridge in the games area by the pool would be really amazing as the villa holds a lot of people (with a lot of drinks) and it would save going up to the kitchen all the time.

Our Stay
We had a brilliant week away in this Villa.. Everything we wanted, great pool and lots of sunbeds, outside area was so lovely, we just wished there was a few more parasols, as it was very hot. Inside was lovely, it was just a shame that the Air Condition didn't work upstairs, but to be told the day we left that they were having a new one fitted the very next day, which would of been nice to have been told, after asking if there was anything that they could do, as It was so hot.. I would still definitely book this villa again, as Roy was very nice throughout our booking, and Steve was accomadating, which we really appreciated.. Great Stay..

Friends and family get together
Was booked pre covid and had to postpone twice due to lockdown and travel restrictions . Communication was excellent on each occassion. Property is a 10 euro taxi ride to centre of nightlife if you want it and quiet enough it you don't. Pool and hot tub were great .

Holiday in the villa
Myself and ten friends have just spent a very enjoyable week at the villa .Property spacious and clean with ample room for the 11 of us .Some areas could do with coat of paint .Outside area has plenty of room and nice size swimming pool which appeared very clean .Fridge in outside area would have been a great addition rather than having to go up and down stairs .Both Roy and Steve very prompt in replying to any questions and I received plenty of emails with the information I needed for my stay ..Only negative is that no bars or restaurants within walking distance not unless you fancy Burger King or kFC which were both right by villa .Only around 12 euros and 10 min drive to get into Benidorm so was great to have choice of night life or chill time in villa .All in all a very positive experience.

Lovely Holiday
Outside was great for our group however it would be better if there was more parasols upstairs in the property was very good but downstairs was very dated and a lot of damaged/old furniture the extraction system was also very noisy and it smelled quite musty. Overall this did not affect our holiday because we stayed outdoors all the time because we had such good weather. WI-FI was non existent and no TV signals in lower part and limited up stairs made for very unhappy teenagers. Host was very helpful

Great stay
Massive villa with plenty of space for us as 10 women. Large bedrooms, numerous bathrooms which suited us brilliantly. Outside space was perfect with loads of sun beds and a lovely clean pool. Steve, the property manager was friendly and really helpful with all our little niggles! Great location for peace and quiet but within easy reach of town for a night out. Will definitely rebook.

Great week in Benidorm
Just returned from a great week staying at the Paradise Villa in Benidorm. The whole process of getting to the villa and meeting Steve was very smooth. The villa was very clean and well equipped with lots of space. The location was just what we were looking for, a quiet area away from the busy town, but close enough to bea short taxi ride away.

Review of paradise villa Benidorm
We stayed at Paradise villa for 10 days, a family of 8 adults and 6 children. All communications with Roy before we went were fantastic, we booked the villa in 2019, pre Covid for 2021 but with the changes to travel we were unsure if we would actually be able to travel. Roy was fantastic throughout, helpful, patient and super understanding. There was no pressure for payments or decisions regarding our trip.
Once we arrived we were met at the villa by Steve and he was great, he explained everything in the villa, the local area and was on hand for any query. Honestly I text Steve so many times with questions and he was wonderful and helpful every time.
The villa is perfect for a large family or group, lots of very comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The pool area is lovely and the pool table, table tennis and weights helped to keep everyone engaged at different times of the trip. The villa is very clean and well presented. The kitchen is very functional and we did have lots of meals in the villa and cooked lunches and dinners for all members of the party.
The walk to the supermarket is about 10 mins up a hill. It was fine for adults and the walk down was lovely but the children did moan walking up. As there are some restaurants near the Aldi supermarket we chose to get a taxi to dinner which was around âŹ6-âŹ8 per car and then we walked back. There are a kfc and Burger King 2-3 mins walk, they are so close to the villa. This made for a couple of easy lunches to keep the children in the villa and save the adults cooking.
A taxi to Benidorm was around âŹ10 each way. We went twice for dinner and to walk around the shops. There were lots of choices of restaurants and bars that accommodated larger parties and children. There is a beach in main Benidorm but we chose to to to Poniente beach which again was âŹ10 in a taxi and it was a lovely day out.
I would absolutely stay at the villa again as it really did tick all of the boxes. With such a large family we struggle to find large villas and I will be booking a further stay in one of Roys villas.

LâextĂ©rieur est grand la rĂ©sidence est dans un endroit calme non loin dâAldi et des super marchĂ©. A 7 min en voiture du centre ville donc top ! La maison est grande nous Ă©tions 10 et il y avait encore plusieurs chambres non utilisĂ©s. La maison est dĂ©corĂ© simplement avec tout les informations nĂ©cessaires sur place pour votre sĂ©jour a benidorm.Le seul Petit bĂ©mol pas beaucoup de vaisselle, sinon ils ont su rĂ©pondre Ă toutes nos demandes de matĂ©riels pr nos bĂ©bĂ©s. Benidorme je reviendrai câest sur !!!

Les lits faits Ă lâarrivĂ©e câest un plus. Nous Ă©tions 14 dont 1 bĂ©bĂ© de 18 mois. Nous avons trĂšs vite trouvĂ© nos marques. Maison propre , belle et fonctionnelle. Bcp de choses a cĂŽtĂ©. La plage est Ă proximitĂ© si on veut changer de la piscine une fois de temps en temps. On a passĂ© une semaine au top. On sâest trĂšs bien amusĂ©s. Merci.

Fantastic stay
We stayed as a group of friends to use as a base for a week. The villa was perfect. Easy to get in and out of Benidorm and we ended up using the villa far more than we thought we would. The villa it self is fantastic with everything you need. TV's have all the British channels on them which is handy when you just want to chill at night. During the day you can relax by a well maintained pool. Everything was cleaned to a high standard. Roy and steve made our stay seamless, they where both more then happy to answer any question I had, thanks for that. I would like to say a special thanks to Steve who was our point of contact when we arrived, we kept in contact through the week by way of messaging and he was more then happy to help with anything we asked him. I 100% would stay again. Thanks for our fantastic experience!!

Perfect for a large family party
On arrival we was greeted by Roy and Lyn (who were also out with their family) and Steve and the team. They made us feel very welcome. The villa was spotless and there was so much space for our family. The grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and the lads loved the competion in table tennis. There was a fully functional kitchen for all our needs (family age ranged from 2 - 79). Nothing was too much trouble if we had any queries. And Steve was a star. The location was perfect just outside the hustle of benidorm, taxis into benidorm (âŹ8) . Roy it was lovely to get to stay in one of your villas and we will definately be looking at booking again next year. Thanks....just the holiday we needed.

Paradise Villa - Fantastic Family Holiday
We were a group of 16 travellers (3 families) who stayed in the Lovely Paradise Villa in July 19.
Firstly, Roy the owner was very helpful before the holiday as the numbers in our group increased from the original booking. All emails were answered promptly and he helped organise transfers.
On arrival we were met by Steve and Graham who made the process very smooth. We encountered a couple of minor issues which were promptly rectified. At checkout both Steve and Graham were on hand to assist as necessary.
We did recommend a few areas which could be improved, notably an outside fridge, some additional seating outside and more saucepans when catering for 16 guests.
Overall a wonderful holiday was had by all in a quality property
