Poor, disappointing.

Close to beautiful empty beach, probably the best feature.

Address was very hard to find, even the local taxi driver took over 30 mins to find it, as there was no number or name of the property on display. No communication from host, power was out when i arrived, and was given no help when i sent a message. Requested late check out 3 days before leaving, no response, cleaners turned up early on departure day and were upset at us for being there.

Good intentions, poor execution

Cornelia was attentive and responsive. The house has a nice pool, with a great view to the sea.

Room accomodations were lacking basic things: where to hang your towels, curtains are deficient, room is small and placement of certain things is inconvenient. Staff was noisy during the weekend when performing their duties which didn't allow us to sleep in. There's very little attention to detail in general. I'd recommend to the property management to spend a little more time thinking about guest needs.

maybe need the principal thing like bottles of water, coffee and tea, because every grocery stores are far.

nice cozy apt on private beach

location is superb. directly across from a private beach. the apt is well laid out, bathroom shower was excellent - good water pressure. AC works well and overall great for two people. towels were provided and were soft. provided taxi service from the airport for a fee. provided great info for the island and for the bus, which we took daily to get around.

the apt door doesn't have a door handle on the inside which made closing/locking the door very difficult. that should certainly be addressed. landscaping with electric motors was done on sunday at 7am which woke us up.

Very good

the property is nice and cute. The pictures are a fire , the location was great for me. the hose was amazing and very helpful .

the checkout is 10am which is totally not standard for me . for that reason I DONT think I’ll book this place again.

Bad

I have never set foot in the hotel. I don't know how it is the hotel. I booked on April 24, for the apartment, lemon cottage Lemon Cottage, Nassau - the same day I receive the booking confirmation. 2) on 25 and 26 April, I receive the email that my booking is at risk as the card has been refused, 3) on April 27th, i don't know how, you withdraw my entire amount planned for the stay: $ 1502.68. The problem that in the meantime I had booked another apartment and they too had done the trick of taking all the money from the beginning, but the difference is that the card was accepted immediately. I was calm that by now those of the lemon cottage could no longer do it. 4) Again on April 27th I write directly lemon cottage managers, asking for a refund, at least partial and you reply that they have followed the BOOKING.COM guidelines and that they can keep the entire amount even if I don't I will stay more in the apartment and i cancel it. 5) On the morning of the 28th, more than 48 hours before the reservation scheduled for April 30th starting at 3pm, I wrote to booking to cancel the reservation at the lemon cottage but you reply in a negative way. Finally on the 30th I received a welcome email from you as if they had not received the cancellation from the booking.

needs to be an upgrade to the bath towels and maybe bed linen.

No breakfast at all but it doesn’t matter to me

We approached Christmas time but no decorating for Christmas to make the place spark

Nice short stay!

It was away from everything and beach is right outside the house.

It was hard to get rides unless you call a taxi which is very expensive
