Close to town trail, giant steps lift area, and park.

Spacious property. Great Location.

Pros: Brian Head, many rooms, felt very homey, functional space, kitchen tools were a plenty.
Cons: HOT- the house was super hot, almost unbearably so and that was completely unexexpected, there is no AC only fans and the home did not have the windows open prior to our arrival so with the tall ceilings and the perfectly serene (no wind) days it was hard to get the hot air to move out. Traveling up the 4 flights of stairs was a pain, but the home itself being so nice ended up worth it.
Overall I would absolutely stay again, just request Vacasa open the windows.

Overall we had a great stay. We could have used more paper towels and cloth towels in the kitchen. There were a few broken items when we arrived but the Vacasa contact was easy to work with and sent for repairs which was nice. The condo was quiet and spacious! Thank you!
4.7
the home is beautiful with a gorgeous view and nice places to go sledding walking distance.

Great location and view
4.7
Lovely spacious condo, but accessing it up 6 flights of stairs made it difficult, when the stairs were packed with snow.
4.7
Beautiful condo with everything you need. So cozy and roomy. There is enough space for everyone. Close to the slopes. A great place to stay in Brian Head.

This place was great for us. It’s comfortable and spacious. The kids had a blast in the playroom. It was the right amount of private space and shared space. The 4 flights to walk up, is a good little haul with bags and supplies but the view from the great room was really nice once we made it up the stairs.

nice view, clean air

Perfect size for our family reunion. Very clean and easy to access.

Field trip to reset.

Kitchen appliances were not clean! Remotes didn’t work, no top sheet on beds. It was spacious and adequate. Hard to find the entrance at first and there are 5 flight of stairs. We had a good stay anyway!
4.7
Overall a great condo for a large group. Plenty of beds and the condo is laid out well. Beautiful views and nicely located.
4.7
The view is great. The house is clean and comfortable. The stairs aren’t as bad as some people say. We will definitely be back!
4.7
The unit was spacious and the location is close to the ski resort. Going up to the unit was challenging but we were aware of this from the beginning however the stairs were covered with a lot if snow which was very slippery. Spoke with vacasa customer service personnel a couple of times with unpleasant experiences
4.7
Awesome house and great memories! Only downside is the stairs. Rough time bringing everything up stairs with the amount of stairs and no elevator. House is amazing and accommodated everyone!
4.7
Huge condo with plenty of space for large groups. The stairs up to the 4th floor really did get to be a lot when we had bags, gear and coolers to lug up. But we knew that ahead of time and it’s no one’s fault- just worth mentioning. The beds were amazingly comfortable and having a condo with 3 king beds for couples or adults was great. We had a great time! It was clean and stocked with the necessities.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. We visited for fall break (early October) and had the condo to ourselves. Plenty of space and well stocked. We have a great time!

We came to Brianhead for our twin boys 8th birthday. They wanted to go on a fishing trip with some of their buddies. This house is perfect for kids! We had 8 little boys that absolutely loved the bunkbed room and the bean bag room. This home is great for a family get away. Only a few negatives, I wish we would have known the home was on the fifth floor with no elevator and the TVs up stairs and in the bed rooms did not work, Other than those two things, we would definitely rent this home again!
4.7
This unit was very clean inside except the kitchen oven (dirty); elevator to 4th floor did not work. Stairs and landings were very dirty; I had to sweep them down. We will not stay here again.
4.7
Such a homey vibe. The view from the huge windows in the living area is amazing! Great hosts as well, very responsive.

We brought our family, 3 married children with their families, to enjoy each others company for a few days. This condo was a perfect fit for our family. As others have said...the stairs are a killer especially carrying small children, suitcases, and food but it worked out even though there were several complaints!

My family of seven and my brother's family of seven booked White Bear #B5 as our families' home base for three nights in July 2022 while we explored Zion and Bryce Canyon. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All fourteen of us fit with room to spare. The kids loved the loft and the beanbag room, where they could play games and hang out together. The parents loved the living room where we could relax after the day's hike. Zion and Bryce were both within a beautiful hour and a half drive or so. Brian Head is known for its ski slopes in the winter, but we found this condo to be the perfect off-season getaway during the summer for our two families. Highly recommended!

This condo is large and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping left a ridiculously small amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs for twelve people over six nights; however, after a call to Vacasa (the corporate property manager), we were resupplied within a day. The three-stories of stairs from the car to the front door aren't ideal, but we knew what we were in for when we booked it. I would book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our group of multiple families, and had plenty of towels and space for everybody. We did bring some paper plates and paper bowls, since we weren’t sure there would be enough dishes for all 15 of us. We didn’t have to use touch of what we brought, we just ran the dishwasher after each meal! The oversized pantry had plastic spoons we were able to use when we made soup dinner and a large griddle that we used to make French toast one morning.
The only downside is the parking situation, which was explained prior to booking, but it does make arrival slightly more stressful. We had four vehicles, and took turns unloading and then had to find other parking for two vehicles. Luckily it wasn’t a very busy weekend, so we were able to find parking easily, but I imagine on busy or holiday weekends it can become much more challenging.

We had a great trip to Brian Head, this home really set the tone. The kids enjoyed the upstairs while the adults took over the main floor. Very clean, cozy and close to ski lifts. The beds were very comfortable. Hopefully we can plan another trip next year to stay here.

Very comfortable condo with plenty of room for a large party. Nice location and scenic views. Great open seating and kitchen area with large floor-to-ceiling two-story windows plus a good sized loft area with a large tv and comfortable seating. Condo is well stocked with everything you need. As long as you're ok climbing stairs (56 stairs to the front door) at almost 10,000 feet of elevation, it's a great place!

Enjoyed everything about Brian Head and the condo. Took a little to get used to the stairs but needed the exercise anyway. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group. Looking forward to coming back!

We really loved this place! It had a nice mountain, ski, cabin feel, and beautiful views from the two-story windows! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately Vacasa isn't doing late check-outs at all. That was frustrating since I knew the property was available for another 4 days after we left, and we would've paid. Lame! (But their reps were super nice)
