Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout; Portable heater in family room; Pedestal fans. Family room with spacious chaise lounge; Large wall-mounted television (with USB and HDMI ports). Spacious open plan living area comprising lounge room, dining and kitchen with access to outdoor entertaining and rear yard. Lounge room has sofa seating and bean bags; Large wall-mounted television (with USB and HDMI ports); Bluetooth karaoke machine; Bluetooth speakers; WiFi for guests; Board games; Books; Toys; Games. Large dining table; Bar stool seating at kitchen island; High chair. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge with freezer on top; Nespresso coffee machine (guests needs to bring standard compatible pods or purchase locally); Range of kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, electric frypan, sandwich press, blender, hand mixer and slow cooker. DIRECTIONS: Follow Bay Road from Moonta towards Moonta Bay, turning right onto Haylock Road then left onto Narangga Terrace. Follow the road for around 1.4km before turning right onto Carlisle Street. Sun of a Beach is on the corner of Moonta Road (front of house facing Moonta Road) with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front, and driveway access is from Carlisle Street.
