A charming stone-built cottage centrally located in the market town of Settle. Sleeping up to four guests this fantastic property has easy access into the Yorkshire Dales. . 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car; public car park, at cost. No smoking. Please note: No children under 6 years old, except babes in arms.. This fantastic property offers a comfortable stay in the thriving market town of Settle. Located in the ’Old Town’ with its charming narrow cobbled streets and historic buildings. This detached, hillside cottage has plenty of character with feature stonework, a large fireplace and exposed beams, and offers couples and families a luxury holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that Yorkshire has to offer. Set over three levels, you enter the property into the modern kitchen/dining room which includes everything needed to cook up meals for the whole family. Access to a separate utility room and toilet. On the lower ground floor is a spacious living room with comfy seating, 55" 4K Smart TV and a feature gas wood burner to keep you warm on those colder evenings, patio doors leading to the garden and barbecue area for those summer evenings. There is also a summer room / lockable bike storage area in the garden, an outside store in the garden for garden furniture, and external access to the garden is via a staircase. On the first floor is the beautifully presented master bedroom with built in wardrobe, a second bedroom with adult bunk beds and freestanding wardrobe and across the hall is the family bathroom with power shower. With the cottage situated just 250 yards from the market square, the local pubs and restaurants are within easy reach. Explore the beautiful Forest of Bowland or the vast countryside of the Yorkshire Dales, which is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks. The Lake District National Park is also within easy reach at just an hour’s drive away. Alternatively, the bustling market town of Skipton is only 11 miles away and there are plenty of mill shops in the surrounding towns which provide quality products at discounted prices. The National Trust site of Malham Cove is a short drive away and there are various local walks. The Settle to Carlisle railway line takes you through stunning scenery, and if you are lucky, you may be able to catch a steam train. For those who like touring, the Yorkshire Dales and Trough of Bowland are within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

Couldn't have been better. Everything we need and space for everyone. Location perfect for walking from, exploring from by car and going to the pub for refreshment after all that stuff!
