The furniture on the terrace was extremely dirty. We got the code for the apartment an hour and a half after the agreed time. We waited in front of the building in high heat, which I found ridiculous. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work and the terrace door could not be opened.

The proximity to public transport was OK.
the balcony was shabby and not pleasant to sit there, all flower pots were filled with weeds, two halos had cactus. the barbecue was not clean, mould on the outdoor shelter, the clothes airer was rusty and old bird droppings were on it. the shower was inconveniently small, dirty crockery, cutlery and pot lids, only one coffee cup which was stained, no wine glasses, no welcome instructions. neighbours provided a seat and water bottle with glasses as they saw us waiting outside in the sun for hours before we were allowed in, they did not even let us leave our bags in the foyer until they let us in so we’re stuck outside for hours, extremely uncomfortable. The curtains were shabby and dirty, we were provided two toilet rolls for the week when we asked for more the answer was no. lights and power points were not all working. The toilet kept running at times which was fixed by continually flushing. not a good experience.

The property has a large area and bed is comfortable as well as a nice closet and equipped kitchen.
The terrace is quite in a bad shape... oxidation all over the place and no real barbecues are possible. The area is also quite far and not a great offer of public transportation nearby.
4.0
Well equipped kitchen. Big terrace with grill. Airconditioned. Clean inside. Nice neighborhood with bars and markets. 45min to city center by metro / 20min by scooter. Non-personal checkin
Only one shared two-person blanket in bed. I traveled with friend, so not optimal. Terrace sitting bit dirty. Woman that live in same building had some problem with that i parked scooter next to the house, even that nobody used the space for week i was there.

It had a big terrace and very comfortable

Not far from tube, spacious and well equipped

Metro station of line C is on walking distance
The owner is inflexible and arrogant. It was the longest check-in which I ever had so far.
Even you have booked the flat and booking is accepted, the owner ridiculously didn’t allow to get in without to transfer a payment for tourist taxes before your arrival.
In bedroom you are like in aquarium, almost whole day exposed to whole sun without possibility to open windows (just blocked, and it’s in covid time…)
To take shower you must be in very good shape without any additional kilos, it’s so narrow to get in, and even more complicated to get out
Terrace is dirty and abandoned

The apartment was fully equipped, it’s modern and comfortable
it’s far from Rome’s city centre and transport services are not that efficient in the area so too much time is spent for traveling. it takes four stories by stairs so it’s not advisable to come here with much luggage

It was easy to collect the property keys on arrival.
The host tried to cancel our booking few hours before the check-in because one of us did not have a green pass (the European vaccination card) but an American covid-19 vaccination card. The host was very rude and he did not reply to my call when I was trying to explain that our American vaccination card was valid also in Italy. I had the feeling that it was a scam. I had to call the police and the Ministry of Health in Italy to convince him that the American vaccination card is valid also in Italy and to avoid to loose the money and find another last minute stay in Rome.
The house was furnished but with few comforts. The terrace was big but careless, old and pretty dirty.
3.5
The whole apartment was very good, huge balcony with a nice view, a good bedroom size and comfy bed also. The kitchen had some few utensils to start cooking. There supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias near the apartment. The train station is about 15min walking. Easy self check-in.
The smell coming from balcony drain wasn´t good. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there no lift to get there, so if you have some suitcase it could be hard. The shower is very small for someone a little bit tall or overweight. The accommodation tax must have paid by PayPal.
