The place is nice, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is just at the beginning of its journey, it will get better every month. Bed, bed sheets, towels - enjoyable The hotel has a very nice administrator.

Special mentioned the stuff was nice and friendly. He always around there for assistance.

Breakfast was great with Vietnam's Pho. Some western breakfast in the list too.

The area was like developed long ago and yet still lot's of shop not occupied.

Best hotel on Phu Quoc

We had the best stay at Flora Hotel. Although hotel is a not very close to the main city (around 20 minutes by scooter), the location was perfect for us. It’s a very calm and clean area and you still have everything you need if you don’t want to drive somewhere. The beach is a 5 minute walk away with a very long boardwalk which is perfect for a morning run. There’s also a walking street in the evening 20 meters from the hotel and one of the best pizzarias of the island. You can also directly rent a scooter at the hotel. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Moreover, the owner made our stay truely special. He was super helpful and nice. We felt very welcome and well cared for. He made sure that we have everything that we need and on our checkout day he arranged everything for us so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. We really recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Phu Quoc.

Exceptional

Clean and cozy room. The silent place. 9 from 10 buildings around are abandoned so the district is not crowded. But you can find enough restaurants and markets nearby. The hosts were very friendly.

The motorbike is needed if you want to visit the city, bars, parties. Every time you drive 15 minutes for one way to the city. But it was ok for me.

absolutely great place with the nices staff ever and cheap prices! had the best time there

the staff is super friendly and helpfull with everything. the owner was even so nice to drive me to the airport at 3am which i appreciate so much! the place is very charismatic and you feel immediatly comfortable.

everythin was great the only thing that might be worth to mention is that when i left the key at the reception somethimes the room was not done after i returned.

It was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Staff was very hospitable and willing to help anytime. The rooms were clean, very comfortable.

Nice Hotel

Clean and bright room in a calm environment. The staff is very nice, he advised me to visit some places that I enjoyed. One speaks good english. You can rent a scooter.

At the end of october 2022 after Covid, all the surrounding were empty. No shops, only a little street market close by. Some houses, hotels are abandoned, sad to see.

Phu Quoc is a resort town in progress

the location was a 10 minute walk to beach and also near many foods venders. it is very quiet in this area of pho Quoc which was nice. the owner of the hotel is very helpful with all our needs.

the breakfast that was included is not on the premises and did not include drinks such as coffee or tea which we had to pay extra. the hallways had trash waiting to be removed.

Exceptional

Great little hotel in fast developing tourist area. They also have motorcycles for rent, and it's very recommended, since the area is about 10-15 minutes away from the town. Enjoyed the stay and the great hospitality of the staff!

The area has an ongoing construction all around as it's still developing, buildings are very new and construction dust hasn't settled down yet, but the hotel itself and rooms are cleaned very properly.
