Erholsamer Urlaub☀️

Der gesamte Service war stets freundlich & aufmerksam. Der Aussenpool war riesig & sehr sauber. Die Hotelanlage sieht super modern aus. Das Zimmer war auch täglich sauber. Der eigene Strandbereich war super schön & wir konnten uns sehr erholen☀️ Der Saunabereich & Massagen waren entspannend & wunderschön.

Der Spielbereich im innern des Hotels ist sehr knapp & es hat leider nur ein richtiger Billardtisch, ein Pingpong Tisch & ein Tischfussball. Dies war für schlechte Tage sehr knapp leider. Auch der Innenpool hat uns nicht so gefallen leider, da er sehr klein war & das Wasser sehr kalt war.

Surcôté, vente ne respecte pas les conditions générales

Les différents restaurants sont agréables.

La vente est réalisé sans avertir le consommateur que la piscine est complètement vide. L’équipe à la réception de nuit est désagréable et enfin les chambres très mal isolés pour un 5 étoiles. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel.

War interessant, aber wir kommen nicht wieder

Modernes, schickes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, tolles Essen, schöner Spa

Ein großes Hotel neben dem anderen, in der Saison Menschenmassen am Strand, über Silvester war der Strand nur unmittelbar vor dem Hotel sauber, ansonsten viel Müll, viel Kaputtes lag rum. Ein Strandspaziergang zwischen vielen Hunderten Menschen macht keinen Spaß. Wer Sonne, Meer, viele Menschen und 24 Stunden Essen und Trinken mag, ist dort richtig.

Excellente nourriture. Propreté irréprochable. Excellent petit déjeuner, il y a de tout, même du saumon. Situé juste à la mer. Les serveurs tjs au petit soin. Nous reviendrons sûrement

L eau de la piscine intérieure un peu froide. Le sauna trop chaud 🥵 tjs à 90 ° voire 92 (jamais vu cela). Les chambres ne sont pas assez insonorisées, on entend parler les voisins ainsi que la télé. Les Cocktails pas de très bonne qualité, et pas forts du tout, ils me donnaient des maux d estomac

Egyszerűen csodálatos.

Az étel kinálat egyszerűen csodálatos és változatos. Különösen az tetszett, hogy külön volt glutén mentes, diétás és gyerek részleg is minden étkezéskor. A személyzetre nemvolt panaszunk, mindenre maximálisan odafigyeltek. A medencénél és a tengerparton körülbelül 10 percenként veszik fel az ital rendeléseket.

A szoba hangszigetelése lehetne jobb, Mi a második emeleten kaptunk szobát, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre, de éjszakánként a felettünk elhelyezkedő bárból lehallatszott a székek tologatása.

Location, food, facilities, staff, pools was perfect, this hotel has thought of everything and you certainly can't get bored.

I didn't like just some rules like this somebody who is not guest of the hotel and don't have bracelet can't even step on the beach front of the hotel, not inside in the complex, on the beach...security guy immediately came and make problem if some your friend for example came to talk some words with you....

Very good

We stayed in that hotel for the second time. The only improvement was that the cafeteria was working 24h. The personnel inside the main Restaurant is working really hard to clean the tables and to serve your drinks. Some of the night shows are really great -very professional performances. On the other hand the live music bands are more or less on average level. We could highly recommend one to try the Turkish a-la-cart restaurant and the Spa.

Unpolite staff at the Reception, hardly speaking English. Even at the Guest Relations office no English at all, not to mention the other personnel. The Italian a-la-cart Restaurant is no worth to visit, even Pizza does not taste delicious.

Not to be missed if you want quality

The facilities of the hotel was amazing. Above all the service was extremely good. All staff members was very friendly. Even the restaurant chief chef gave me a goodbye gift with a box of special baklava. How thoughtful was that? It was incredible service.

The animation team could be better. They seemed only to interact with very few people. Not bad but could improve. Nevertheless, that shouldn't put anyone off as the rest is true 5 star.

Exceptional

New and very nicely designed hotel in a good location (direct access to beach). Food was nice and very nicely served. Also SPA experience was very good - my hammam treatments were done professionally and in a very friendly atmosphere! I would recommend the hotel highly to potential guests!

Not everyone from the staff spoke English unfortunately - but they were very friendly and helpful.
