Horrible

The beach only.

I stayed in a villa and paid almost 5000 Euros per week. The bathrooms smell is horrible, the main suite Air Conditioning is horrible and I asked the technicians twice to fix it and none of them did fix it. The last two nights, my wife and I, slept in the living room because it was too hot to sleep in the main room upstairs..I reported all of that and nothing got fixed for a whole week and nothing was deducted from the bill upon leaving and not even a sincere apology from the receptionist when we were leaving. This is extremely not acceptable and I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.

An amazing holiday in a beautiful place!

Amazing property with a great all inclusive option. The beach is clean with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests. The facilities are well maintained. It was an amazing holiday. Thank you, Paloma!

The staff don’t understand English very well. The communication with them is hard. The animation team were not very good. It would have been so much better if they’ve tried to interact with the guests more.

glad it was short stay.

The rooms looked lovely and spacious

The food In all inclusive was very poor. Had a leak in the room, this took a day and half to sort things out. The spa was very average, had a Turkish bath, massage and face scrub. not worth the money. The staff would try and con more money out of you, saying you need more treatment as you have problems with your muscle etc. please people don’t go to the hotel recommendation Side Harbour. take your cab and explore restaurants and bars and the the harbour.

Nice hotel, location ok - but be wary of the Spa manager

Hotel room, grounds and pool were all very nice. Very clean and lots of space. Food not bad for buffet.

Spa manager was very pushy. Having paid for and received a very expensive treatment, my masseuse left me in a room and a little while later the spa manager came and told me I had circulation problems and needed three two hour massages over the next three days at the cost of 250 euro's each. After I questioned this, this became a 2 hour 200 euro massage that could be given there and then. He was quite pushy and aggressive when I questioned and scared me about potential medical problems he said I had. This would put me off using the spa here ago as it seems to be some kind of scam. I am surprised other customers have not complained.

The size of the room is big. The interior design is nice. The hotel territory is beautiful. Breakfast is ok. The sun beds are comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

You can hear the noise from the next room. At first we got very old bathrobes and bed linen. The food is not tasty and the same every day. There is an awful smell of sewerage in the whole hotel in the evening. The hamam is small and with sewerage smell. Overall the hotel is old and overpriced.

Excellent Stay!

Bautiful resort with many facilities for children. Although it was a bit cold for swimming outdoors in early April but we all enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again! Lovely staff and great service. Very good quality of food and an excellent variety.

Towels and pillows need to be renewed.
