Not sure if I would stay again!! With their prices so much higher than what your quote is🙄

Breakfast was just okay..

How I arrived and the front desk associate told me I had to pay alot more than what you said when I booked it with you!! It was over $100 more!! They said your site had the wrong price!! Your total was $820 and they were saying it was $925🤦🏻‍♀️ This never ever happen before!! The other place we stayed at said your price right!! I drove over 10 hours I didn't need to hear the booking price was more and I had to pay for my whole stay up front which the other place I would pay before I would leave!! I'm not sure about staying there again!!🙄

Breakfast, location, bar, design

There could be more detailed cleaning, vacuuming under the head board on the edge of the mattress (hair, debris, etc.). The floor edge of the shower needs detailing (I wiped off brown/red dirt). Given bed bug issues....detail matters. The bench in the breakfast room was too low for the tables...hard to get up from.

It was great!

The location was perfect and the staff was so helpful. Majority of the other guests were very friendly. The hotel was clean from the outside to the inside. In a nutshell, this place was worth every dime.

Less pork options but more turkey/beef options would have been a complete satisfaction for us since we do not eat pork. The lemon water needs more lemons. Two lemons didn't provide the flavor desired. Waffles would be a nice plus, too.

Friendliest staff.

There was something wrong with the scrambled eggs and my granddaughter reported there was mold in the shower. I did notice food on the floor on our room. We didn't drop it there.

I guess I’m spoiled being a member of the IH platinum club and not having to pay over $120 for a one night stay.

I travel weekly and usually stay at Holiday Inn Express. without a doubt this was the cleanest, nicest bathroom I’ve seen before. the walk in shower was exceptionally clean, beautiful. the breakfast was second to none. the ladies who prepared it were always checking the buffet and coffee. it never went low! tho I didn’t take advantage of the bar, I would have if my wife would have been there with me

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

Wished there were more amazing hotels like this one!

I liked how friendly the check in guy was. He greeted us with a smile and was very informative. He was fast and got us to our room. The room was very very clean! The beds were amazingly comfy. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Oh and can’t forget the brekky, it was just as great as everything else. 5 stars!!

Did not find anything I can complain about. We were happy customers.

I asked for a blow dryer that worked because the one in the room was a piece of junk. I was told there was no one available to bring me one and then the front desk person rudely hung up. Very bad customer service

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, without a doubt. A great place to stay!
