This fabulous converted Masonic lodge was completely renovated by myself in 2010 into 5 lofts and put back to its 1910 splendor with the modern conveniences you expect! The crown jewel (and largest unit in the building) is right next door to the church on main...and walking distance to family-friendly activities, the best restaurants in town, nightlife, and free public transport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, 25' ceilings, spacious open floor plan, rooftop deck, urban winery, and exposed brick. Walking distance to everything on Main St and blocks from downtown.

The apartment is conveniently located near downtown Chattanooga and had everything we needed. The eclectic collection that decorates the space inspires creativity and was exactly what we needed! Robert was great to work with and very quick to respond. Do note that at the time of our stay, the roof-top deck was in disrepair and did not have seating available as is pictured, but the view is still amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!

Pros: quite the experience with the loft and the rooftop area. Walkable neighborhood- Taqueria Jalisco Ania (mexican) and Niedlov's Bakery were both super yummy. Rain showerheads were a fun touch. Cons: parking was a nightmare- the lot across the street and the street parking were full, we ended up finding paid parking close by, but after a full day of traveling- it was not a great welcome. The master bed was very hard. The rest of the beds were good.

Fun and eclectic place to stay, so convenient, easy to get in and out of. Only one night it got a little loud from the bar downstairs. Pretty sure it was after midnight, some people made their way to the rooftop and woke us up, could hear them talking like they're in the room next to us. If that doesn't bother you, then this place is for you.

I’ve traveled the world, literally staying at VRBO rentals and have to say that Roberts unique home in a trendy part of Chattanooga is at the top of the list. It’s as if he hired Andy Warhol and Willy Wonka to decorate with a splash of Tupac! Seriously, look no farther and book now without hesitation. Very convenient elevator to help with loading and unloading. Easy parking. Walking distance to everything you will want as you explore Chattanooga. Thanks Robert! First time visiting Chattanooga and were looking for accommodations for one night that was close to restaurants and entertainment and we weren’t disappointed with this property. Everything, starting with the host, location, cleanliness and most importantly the decor was absolutely AMAZING!! Highly recommend this property and Robert sets the bar on what a host should be. This is a unique place! Funky decor style in an up and coming part of Chattanooga. Very large 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The living area also has a twin daybed and trundle. Checked all of our boxes: comfy beds, modern bathrooms, walkable to many restaurants and even the Chattanooga aquarium (1.5 miles).

Location is extremely convenient and the host is super accommodating to our fairly large crew and the place was spotless when we got there. Answered us immediately about any questions and had everything stocked. ( keeping feminine products available for the girls was a much respected consideration) over all a super smooth experience

The condo is awesome! My 17 year old came with us to meet our 19 year old college son in Chattanooga for a long Easter weekend. We had plenty of room in the condo and the beds were all very comfortable. I loved the high ceilings. I saw reviews that it was loud because of the fire station but it did not bother us as we expect that from an urban location. Speaking of the location.....it is amazing, I don't think you can get a more central location. I felt safe coming and going and walking around the area. The restaurants were all delicious....Alleia, Hello Monty, Stir, Neidlovs were delicious. State of Confusion was a bit rough but we would try it again, hopefully they were just having an off night. Super easy check in process and Robert (the host) was so helpful with suggestions and letting us delay our departure just a bit. We would absolutely stay there again!

This is a 2 bedroom apartment being sold as a 3 bedroom. By no definition could a pullout bed in the living room be considered a 3rd bedroom. We got stuck sharing a room with our baby, despite specifically booking a 3 bedroom apartment so the baby could have it's own room. If you are adults in need of a 2 bedroom, this is a nice unique place. Just consider that it has 20 foot ceilings so the walls do not extend to the ceiling and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Not ideal if you're travelling with young kids.

Robert’s loft was one of the most unique spaces I have stayed in. Multiple members of our group said it was their favorite VRBO they had stayed in. The loft was fantastic and was excellently stocked. When the weather cooperated the rooftop deck was a perfect place to hang out. This was a short guys trip, and the loft was perfectly located to tour the breweries and distillery, without cranking a vehicle. We also were able to walk to all the sites in downtown and were convenient to get to Lookout Mountain. This is the place to stay in Chattanooga!

The loft was a perfect place to stay for a quick friends getaway to Chattanooga. It was very eclectically decorated and definitely in walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. The only downfall was it was a little loud being right next to a fire station, and the water pressure wasn’t great, but overall a great place!

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights in this one-of-a-kind property. The property itself was a delight to all of us, especially the 20 yo and the 16 yo. So much to look at on the walls, floor, and ceiling! Would definitely stay here again!

This place seems neat when you first walk in, but then the faults start to show up. It's on the 3rd floor of a noisy building with a bar downstairs that plays loud music late at night. A fire station across the street, no insulation, loud traffic and train noise throughout the night. Very low water pressure such that it's hard to take a shower. The owner told me that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It only has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a bed in the living room. Maybe okay for a group of young party people, but terrible for everyone else, especially for senior citizens such as myself. When watching the TV at night, it kept shutting off with the note that too many TVs were running at the same time. The owner did furnish plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Ted Showalter

At first glance I was a little worried… But the longer we were there the more fun it was. We spent so much time looking at your walls and everything on them and wondering how anyone could collect so many different things I gave you a lower grade on cleanliness… We know it’s very hard to clean brick and wooden shelves. the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and that’s what really counts.
