My wife, two sons and their wives enjoyed to 3 bedrooms with private baths and king beds. The living room is a bit small but fine for us as we were out and about most of the time. The kitchen is well stocked and the knives are sharp (a plus compared to many places I've stayed). The only TV is in the living room, so everyone has to agree on the program.

The house is very nice, well laid out and very comfortable. It is in a great location. We took a short, easy walk to dinner and also walked to get breakfast. We have a medium sized SUV and while it was a tight fit and took a little maneuvering to park, it can be done. Highly recommend a stay here.

This house is so beautiful, clean and you can not beat this location!!! Just perfect!!
5.0
The property was ideally located, easy to check in, parking for two vehicles. The bedrooms are full king with extremely comfortable beds and bathroom as well as more than enough room in the closets. The common spaces of the blended family room and kitchen were exactly what we hoped when expecting to entertain. The added bonus of the large patio deck was our morning get started hangout for all of us. Wonderful property and less than a medium grade hotel room 2 blocks away.

We had 3 couples. Perfect space for our group. Everyone had their own space and the location was excellent! A little over a mile to the market. Several great restaurants nearby. Everyone loved it!

I enjoyed my second stay at Emerald House. It’s comfortable for 3 couples and has all the things to make the visit feel like home.

The Emerald House was perfect for 3 couples for a weekend in Charleston! It was so close to all the fun that the city has to offer. We were definitely spoiled to have 3 rooms with 3 king bed and everyone had their own bathroom with shower. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Charleston for the weekend.

Very nice stay - Thank you!

Overall our stay was great. We loved the neighborhood and close to King Street, although this area is currently under renovation. The property was a good fit for our group of 5 since we were exploring every day. We did have an ongoing problem with the TV. Stay Duvet was responsive but the issue did not get fully resolved until day 4 of our 5 days. It was a bit frustrating that it took so long to diagnose. With regards to the parking space I do recommend smaller vehicles because the 2 spaces are small and tight. Our best and frequent mode of transportation were the pedi bikes - the peddlers were great and fun to talk to. They also took us through areas we probably would not have gotten to so it was fun to see the historic district that way. It was our first time to Charleston and a memorable one.

Great location and well equipped property.

This immaculate and well furnished unit was ideally located for our recent visit. Two en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor and one en-suite is on the second floor along with the living room, kitchen and balcony.
Two of the bedrooms are good sized, one is a bit smaller.
We had an issue with the balcony and porch lighting (it was timed to be on all night and shined in the bedroom windows). The management company responded promptly but wasn’t able to solve the problem for two day. While this was frustrating it did not detract from our overall experience and rating.
Highly recommend this property and neighborhood. It is close to King Street but very quiet with parking for two normal sized cars. We made good use of Charleston’s free shuttle busses.

Great place!

House was wonderful. Very Clean. Nicely decorated.
The driveway - as we were told - was very narrow but doable.
My only suggestion, which I sent, the outside upstairs balcony lights are on a timer which needs to go off at some point during the night. They shine directly into the bedroom- the blinds do not block the light.

We had our first night without functional toilet plumbing and no heat for part of the evening. They fixed the heat the first evening. It was obvious no one had checked basic amenities prior to our stay. They moved us to another property the next day but have refused to give us a refund for our first night. Customer service was unsympathetic and quite rude at times. This doesn't seem like a long standing well established company.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations in such a great location! Enjoyed our stay!

This ended up being a really nice location. Big Bad Breakfast was a good walkable option, and D'ellesandro Pizza was close enough to pick up. Several restaurant options were closed early in the week when we were there, but Holey City Bagels would be super convenient for coffee/breakfast. We found a few fruit/upscale options at the Veggie Bin, which was nice. We would've walked around more but it was raining/cold, so we didn't explore the shops as much as I would've liked.
The unit had nice linens, the kitchen was well-appointed (and included some starter coffee!) and it was nice to have off street parking (though we rented a Camry and it was still a rather tight squeeze to get in and out. I needed 5 point turns instead of 3!). Check-in was a breeze, which was good because we got in very late. Wish we could've figured out how to get the outdoor balcony/porch lights off, though, because the light came in to the master bedroom. I'd definitely stay here or at another Stay Duvet property when I return to Charleston

Great location and good space for 6 girls on a girls trip.
We parked our vehicle and was able to walk everywhere in town.

If you’re looking for a quiet house yet close to everything, look no further. This location is perfect for people who want to be in Charleston and within walking distance to almost everything, but also be in a slower, less touristy part of town. We had a few questions upon arrival and the management team was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful, and the three king size suites were everything we needed and more! Highly recommend!
5.0
This rental was everything we expected and more. Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodations for 3 couples. Each room/ suite was spacious with its own bathroom. Close to King Street, approximately 2 blocks and within waking distance of many other restaurants. Will definitely stay again if available.

Overall experience was good, location was great...wifi didn't work which caused a minor issue but otherwise was a good experience.

Property was good. Had several bugs on lower level and out TV didn’t work the whole time. Tried to trouble shoot with someone but think we had bad roku.
Minor things :)

Great property!
Super easy to deal with these folks. Location was good. Parking spot was perfect! Home is comfy and clean. We never cooked there but seemed to be relatively well stocked. A bit loud at night but not bad. Walkable to many great places!

Beautiful Unit and Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Unit C. The check in process was super easy and it was beautifully decorated. The close proximity to Kings Street was an added bonus. We will definitely stay hear again. Thank you for such a wonderful, enjoyable stay.

Exactly as expected
The property listing was spot on and exactly what we were hoping for our vacation. Great location and perfect for our needs.

Birthday Celebration
This property was great, the location was really good, it was quiet at night and we were able to walk to everything. Lots of great restaurants close by. Our only complaint would be the shortage of washcloths provided, 3 washcloths for 6 adults?
Why? Just made no sense. I know we could have requested more but not worth the inconvenience.
