great location. friendly staff
The front patio roof seems to have been was fixed using a cloth like material. This has come off and was flapping the whole night due to wind. Could not sleep at all for our 10 hour drive to Perth.

Great stop over when you have the pets. Lovely spot right on the canals. Everything you need really. Kitchen, bbq area etc. Staff are friendly. Felt very welcomed.

Electric plugs by the bed good for all the phones etc
Good water pressure in the shower and nice hot water.
Great view of the inlet and Sandhills and bougainvilleas. Local birds hopped around, I loved the mudlarks and pelicans.
Nice very casual ‘guest lounge’ next to the lawn and inlet.
Well supplied kitchen utensils and plates and cooking things.
Friendly and helpful staff member onsite.
It is a bit old and a titch shabby but it’s such a great spot, a real ‘sea change’.

Lovely owner and the apartment was very clean and spacious albeit quite dated, it’s clear that no upgrades have been done in a long while.
The back common area was really noisy at one point with some adults and kids kicking a ball around that kept banging against the door, could happen anywhere I guess but stopped me from being able to rest and relax after being on the road all day. Also, linen and towels had exceptionally strong and overpowering detergent smell and residue, I’ve never experienced that before and it gave me a headache and set hubby’s allergies off.

Location great and if we had more time it would have been a great holiday - will def recommend it
There was no wifi or tv for kids they complained but it didn’t bother me. I drove a long distance from Perth and was 4 hours delayed already into driving with kids and just wanted shower and sleep and kids to be safe and the place was comfortable and host very lovely and friendly

The location was fantastic. We had the Captains Quarters. Cost a little more, but worth it. On the water. Big balcony
. And next to the beach. Could also take our dog..
Views were great.

The lady who checked us in and the only member of staff we spoke to was very nice.
I can sum the place up in 4 words, unclean, unloved, run down plus there's was no internet in the room,l spoke to someone else who was staying there and he said there was no internet in their room either.

The location was fantastic. Value for money was brilliant. The staff where so friendly.
Would have liked a sofa. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. But it's definitely worth what we paid.

Is pet friendly with a great dog beach across the road. Has a lovely old time beach shack feel to it with everything that you need. Quiet location not too far from town. The on-site owners are lovely and very helpful. Glad I found this little gem. Will definitely stay again when next in Carnarvon.
4.0
The place was hard to find at night , no signage and no outside lights to show the way in a very dark dead end road with no street lights, no coffee and no milk
5.0
Location on the canal was peaceful, quiet and serene
The rooms need a make over.
Blinds broken, need replacing.
Kitchen cabinets need cleaning
Laundry was full of leaves collected over a period of time and quite unpleasant looking
Top of washing machine near controls were full of dust, again not recent
Bar area needed a good clean
