3. No information about wifi password
4. No information about appliances. Took a while to find that the shower switch was outside the bathroom.

The location was amazing. Probably the best in the town.
Finishing touches in the apartment wernt great. Little things. The shower head kept falling down. No WiFi. TV's didn't work and 50 minutes before book in we were phoned and asked to move 10 minutes away by car.

It was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was a bonus.
In one of the bathrooms the extractor fan did not work, the top of the teapot had broken before we used it.

When we arrived, we went to another address to collect the keys, however when approached at the desk we were told we’ve been loved into another property- we were told it was 5* and has a jacuzzi. When arriving at this new property (that I did not book) we arrived at a further away location from the seafront, a shared jacuzzi with everyone else in the apartment and an apartment not up the standard we had originally paid. We went straight back to the reception where we collected the keys and asked to speak to the manager. He proceeded to tell us that someone else has been booked into the Grosvenor Apartment and I did NOT get an email or any point of contact regarding this. Considering we had arrived at 1800 and were asked to check out at 1030 the following morning I asked for £60 back and got a late checkout as long as I didn’t leave a review. Not happy with this customer service, paid £252 for an apartment I had not even seen photos for and got told it was a better offer, which it was not. Be very careful when booking with these properties as I believe it won’t be the last time it happens

Located on the promenade with beautiful ocean views. A lovely apartment, the beds were comfortable and it was spacious and clean.
It was very hot and there was no cooling, windows opened only a small way and there were no fans, which could have easily been provided.

Excellent location.
Parking would be an issue if you were there long term. Beds and pillows very firm

These apartments are very well located and once you've navigated the underwhelming entrance/stairs the apartment is fabulous, a real gem, very comfy and well decorated.
The keys were collected from a hotel reception a short distance from the apartments, but the email communication about what we had to do could have been better. We parked a short walk away & cost just £4 for the day.

Very comfortable, spacious and well presented suite of rooms suitable for four guests.
Only disappointment were the dirty windows, but appreciate we were on the first floor and just off the parade, so difficult to keep clean at all times.

A large spacious flat in a good location.
The promise of free parking is a lie. There is only restricted street parking available. It was only once we’d complained about this to the receptionist at the 4 seasons hotel that she said we could use their overflow Carpark ‘if there’s soace’. Luckily there was, otherwise we’d have been stuck.

There was someone else's dirty clothes in a draw in one of the bedrooms . No dress mirror in one of the bedrooms . And no corkscrew in the kitchen to open our wine ,wine glasses in the cupboard but no corkscrew 😩 We had to buy one .

When stopping in the property we had a builder intrude though the downstairs door and get his things out of a cupboard in the building as a guest was walking downstairs to the bath with no clothes on and all the manager though was ok to say was sorry do not go here

Great location in centre of town and right near the sea front. The apartment was very clean and well presented, obviously brand new. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and good facilities, eg slimline dishwasher, included. A few flights of stairs up the the apartment so probably not suitable for anyone with disabilities. We found out on our last day that Netflix was also included on the TV.
My only complaint with apartment was lack of parking. It was advertised as having private parking, whereas in fact it was on double yellow lines. The hotel were we picked the keys up said we could use their very small car park if we could find a space (there was none) otherwise we could pay to park in another hotels car park nearby or would have to find a residential road somewhere to park in. This resulted in us having to move our car every 2 or 4 hours because of parking restrictions, which obviously was a bit of a pain.
