Cudowny pobyt

Przepiekny hotel w naturalnym klimacie cisza piekna plaza . Na sniadanko chodzilismy brzegiem morza do hotelu obok Super basen. Napewno wrocimy!

Täydellinen paikka majoittua Tulumissa!

Hotelli oli aivan mielettömän upea! Söpöt pienet bungalowit olivat uskomattomia ja ranta oli upea. Kaikki hotellilla oli niin kaunista!

Lähellä ei kovinkaan paljon ravintoloita jos olisi aikaisin aamulla tai myöhemmin illalla syödä jotain.

Exceptional!!!

We had a wonderful time, the pictures do not do this place justice. Staff were incredibly kind and the food was fantastic. We hope to come back!

Simple

Bon emplacement au calme et proche du site archéologique de tulum (on peut si rendre à pieds). Accès direct à la mer, notre terrasse avec vue mer. Lit confortable. Parking gratuit sur place.

Pas de climatisation. Et peu d’éclairage. La chambre était petite mais permettait de bien circuler. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, mais il y a des restaurants qui en propose à quelques minutes à pieds

Perfect beach front getaway.

Loved the laid back vibe, incredible beach, great service and comfy bed. It was hard to leave!

The breakfast was expensive! We went out to eat.

Repetiría sin duda

La ubicación es EXCEPCIONAL . Al lado hay un restaurante que se llama el 5 extraordinario . Si quieres naturaleza , dormir escuchando el mar , este es tu sitio

Nos llovió una noche y el baño quedó inundado , menos mal que nos íbamos ya al día siguiente.... porque si no... no hubiéramos estado cómodos . La mosquitera de la cama es muy baja

This is not your destination if - are you looking for a place that is too comfortable - you are sensitive to cleanliness The only concern what we experienced the prices of the restaurant. Regardless you should have 10% (cash) discount from their prices as guest of the hotel, we always had to ask it.

Relax on the beach

Great hotel, great location on stunning beach

Great location in the national park, beach in front of the hotel is stunning. No high buildings on the beach, hotel built to match nature. Great staff, good food and drinks at the beach club of the hotel (and reasonable price). Highly recommend!

Keep in mind that one of the rooms does not have air conditioning. Check the specifications of the bedroom to make sure you book the one you want

Excelente relación precio calidad.

El concepto es muy Chévere. Las habitaciones son cómodas y las instalaciones son muy bonitas. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa.

El restaurante solo funciona hasta las 5, entonces si o sí debes salir a buscar tu cena a otro lugar, aunque hay varios hoteles cerca donde lo puedes hacer. Las bicicletas las cobran (200 pesos por día), pienso que las podrían incluir en el precio de la estadía.

Cet hôtel est un petit paradis ! Les allées dans le sable sont très sympas! Le prix est plus que correct pour la zone surtout que du coup, on profite du club de plage gratuitement ! Mon mari a pu profiter d’une sortie snorklîng pour seulement 700 pesos ! Et nous nous sommes fait masser pour le prix d’une heure, la masseuse nous a massé quasiment 2 heures ! C’était top! Les personnes a l’accueil sont très sympas et de très bons conseils pour les visites et les restos! Le resto sur place est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix également ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui nous a sauvé notre séjour à Tulum que nous n’avons pas aimé !

Rien, car les chambres sont simples et c’est magnifique comme ça ! Je préfère ça aux gros hôtels All in! J’oubliais, seul petit bémol tellement c’était bon, dommage que le resto soit fermé le soir !

It was calm and relaxing!

Beach front property with a great view.

Restaurant closed at 5. Seeing a snake track in front of out door and out door not fully shutting, leaving opportunity for creatures to get in!

Bungalow charmant dans un environnement calme, une plage de rêve, restaurant de l’hôtel très bon (fermé le soir), et accès aux ruines à pied.

Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de restaurants accessibles à pied le soir.

Super séjour

Tout est incroyable. Emplacement accueil cadre ... prix pas exagéré pour un établissement front de mer.

Le temps d'attente pour rentrer dans le parc national afin d'accéder à l'hôtel est un peu long en journée et payant. Si on pinaille Chambre un peu petite.

Over priced for the type of accommodation, roof leaked onto the bed when it rained, rooms extremely small, it all needs a bit of TLC, rooms are tired, food served with mouldy bread

Beautiful - would definitely go back!

The staff were amazing - Marco, Emily and Paulo. They gave me a free upgrade which was very big and right by the water. Excellent check in and communication. Very rustic, but I loved this. Felt like I woke up on a desert island. Heavenly sunsets and sunrises.

The AC doesn’t work so I was constantly hot. Bikes need a tune up if renting - some are quite old and rusty.

Stunning hotel, wonderful staff - but, a bit far away from everything!

Gorgeous beach club, pool area and beach front location. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Right in the tulum national park, so really picturesque location. We hired bikes from the property, and they were also able to order us cabs. Air con room was offered as an upgrade - thank you!

Quite secluded, at night time cabs are essential for getting around. You aren’t quite in the hotel zone or the downtown area and restaurants around are quite overpriced. The restaurant in the hotel itself shuts at 5:30. Air con in the room was pretty non existent due to the lack of insulation in the huts. True jungle experience!

beautiful location just by the sea. authentic clean bungalows with mosquito nets. small pool suitable for a quick dip (not swimming)

AC did not work for 2 nights, so these were pretty warm

Very good

Location was great - it was right at the beach. Property is safe and well maintained. Rooms were clean.

We had no water suddenly. Had to wait for about 20 mins to get tap water back. AC in the room is not good enough to cool the big room. So we were sweating all night.

Beautiful nature for short stay

We loved it was in the middle of nature, it was 15 min walking distance from the Tulúm ruins. We were on the beach literally surrounded by palm trees and the sea. We love they take care of turtles they come to nest protecting their eggs.

We understand it’s an eco-hotel but we think there is some room for improvements. We stayed in “Alvarito room” the room was a bit small, the toilet had a tree in the middle of the shower and make it very uncomfortable to take showers and felt a bit unhygienic. They did not have fresh water it was a mix with see water.

The place is magical and has a really nice vibe overall. Nice decoration/lights during the night. The natural ventilation in the room and the sounds of the sea is extremely relaxing.

The restaurant has limited opening hours (but you find places along the beach in a few hundred meter) The wifi is not reliable (in the neighbor places you can find stable connection)

Beautiful design, everything is on the sand, directly next to the beach. A lot of plants and really clean and well care taken. Paradise location!

Everything was perfect, be aware of seaweed season tho
