One night stay

Parking lot was well lit. Room was nice and very spacious. Lobby was very clean and stylish. Breakfast was good.

We arrived late and the parking lot was tiny, so of course was packed full. We were pulling a trailer so I had to put it in a spot and lock it and park my truck in another spot. Poor water pressure in shower and beds were way soft for a somewhat newer facility.

One fish, two fish

The staff (all of them) were friendly and amazing. This could easily be my home away from home.

The only disappointing part for me was no microwave or coffee in the room. There was one on site but traveling to heat up food was unflattering.

This was a quick mini vacation that we were able to have a safe and relaxing place to stay.

Clean hotel and room. Nice breakfast to start your day. Good location, no issues with safety. Easy to get to all the sights we wanted to visit in Memphis and come back and relax.

It is close to the interstate and truck traffic can be loud if you are on front side of building. Will stay again but will bring ear plugs.

The staff was pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions.

There was a good selection of cereals, yogurts, scrambled eggs, meat, pancakes, and baked goods. I enjoyed the eggs with a freshly toasted bagel. Apples and oranges were available also.

There were no issues during our stay.

Very good

Even though there was a mix up with our reservation, it was worked out quickly and the desk staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. I liked that there was an ice machine on my floor.

It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

A bit pricey for a room that needed more attention.

Convenient, breakfast was adequate. Staff was helpful. Clean enough. Bed was comfy.

Could have been better attended to. Conditioner empty, hand soap was empty. The shade switch was broken so we could not lower shade. Could have been cleaned better.

Good

I wanted something just outside of the big city, so the location was great. However, it did not appear to be in a great neighborhood or have much to do near it. Shopping was hard to find. The design of the hotel was pretty. The bed was amazing.

The fridge was so small we ended up having to throw away stuff from our cooler that we wanted to keep. No microwave, no in room coffee pot. The room number was still marked on the shower tiles with pencil from when it was built which made me think the shower walls haven't been washed. The room had a really bad odor, reminded me of a hamster cage. The 4th floor hallway did not have air and it was 100° outside, so very hot and uncomfortable in the halls. There was a large group of young men staying at the same time and they decided to make the lobby their frat house for the weekend. The pool hours were not great. It would be much nicer if pool could open at 6-7am for those who want to swim before getting ready and heading out for the day. The view of the back side of the hotel is run down houses and an overgrown field.

Amazing friendly staff.

i liked everything about the hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pool was a fair temperature, the daily food was magnificent and the location was quiet and felt really safe. I would just ask that they also add non pork meat options to breakfast.

Staff was unaware of the previous staff actions. We had to change rooms and in the morning our keys didn't work. In the evening they sent another guest to our room. Staff was oblivious and unapologetic for the many inconveniences

The bathroom floor was dirty. The room wasn't ready upon check-in, but only because we asked to be close to our family, so that was not an issue. I am not sure if the housekeeper was having an off day or she rushed through.
