We had a good stay. Slept well and enjoyed the breakfast.

The breakfast was good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

However the floor in the serving area was sticky. I just needed to be mopped better.

Bad Policy

I like that we were able to get a ground floor

They charged us a $100 dollars cash incidental deposit, the deposit was fine but they made it have to be in cash, what if a family had already booked, couldn't get a refund and couldn't come up with $100 dollars cash, it would make it quite an inconvenience. Then they don't have any record they can give you that you even paid it in cash, on top of that the room door lock latch was broken, the pull out mattress was dirty with candy stains , and other things. And there was this weird cat hanging out at the front door of the hotel, making threatening postures, I asked can you move your cat and the desk hostess was like it's not ours I just fed it it will be fine, except my wife's pregnant and it's not ideal to have cats around. It was not the cat as much as it was her disregard like so what if it bothers you. The deposit was a real inconvenience as well, I think about a family that might not have the cash, and was trying to find a nice place to lay their head for the night. We had to stay somewhere cause our home wasn't available and we just happened to be blessed to find a local bank where we could get the money.

It was okay, made it work !

The location was ok . The Lady on the Breakfast staff was doing a wonderful job in keeping everything stocked up and clean. The space in the room and bathroom was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Having fridge , microwave, in the room is nice . Loved the lighting options and the charging stations throughout. The warmth in the pool room was so nice. The front desk workers were extremely kind as well as the janitor in the halls the morning of departure. The dresser space is good .

The toilet paper that was on the top holder was literally moldy and grunge... It could cause major infections/staff/ and disease .... The sofas need to be deep cleaned it could have been dry semen on them ... Idk it was white .... There was a hair dried to the wall in the shower and the bottom of the toilet had orangish fluids and grime on it ... There were no extra blankets for the sofa bed ... And there was a coffee package under the chair in the room ... No TV guide in the room ... & Rags laying on the bathroom counter ... Air conditioner smell extremely moldy upon turning it on ... The pool water could be cleaner .

great staff, not so great facilities

The location was awesome!! The breakfast was average. The staff was absolutely amazing!!

The hallway on the 3rd floor smelt like weed something awful!! The floors on that floor were filthy. The pool had an awful smell, it was difficult to be in the pool area due to the smell. Very disappointing overall!

I’m not sure what her name is but she is the red/blonde brown hair girl at night that leaves around 1am. HORRIBLE

Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the staff was professional and friendly.

I loved the breakfast, the comfortable bed, and the space and comfort of the room.

I did not like that the sofa was dirty and the bathroom was partially cleaned.

Bad out weighs the good.

The dark out shade worked wonderfully. The temperature control in the room was spot on. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The ladies working 2nd shift were so friendly and helpful. They seemed to really care about our experience. The breakfast and the breakfast staff was great!

The security latch broke then maintaince just came in the room without knocking. They opened door saying maintenance. He apologized but he did not know the room was occupied. NO communication from front desk. The pool area SMELLED like mold and mildew. Mildew was covering the entrance area to the pool and the bag that you put the towels in had black mold stains. The lady at the front desk on the day shift was rude and NOT helpful to anyone. She sat in breakfast area and talked to other employees while they ate. She had a bad attitude every time I encountered her. Every opposite of 2nd shift.

The rooms was nice and clean, would of loved a 2 queen bed but they was all booked up but we had a nice comfort sofa sleeper that was very good. Will stay here again 👍

Very good choice for the money.

Comfortable bed and really good hot breakfast great selection to choose from. Love the location right off the interstate, well-lit parking lot.

The lady at check in tried to make a big deal out of the fact I was using a different card to check in. She bought it to the attention of another young lady who told her it didn't make any difference if I switched cards for payment.

We paid to make it work.

My husband just had a bagel

We did arrive late in the evening when most of the staff had left. However, We couldn’t get the window shade down and there was a huge spotlight shining in our window. We called for help but the dismissed our request. We had to put cushions up to block the light.😞
